A building is being shown and in a meeting room there are government officials discussing the current situation of the Ulos users. On the table there are plates reading the names of all who are there. They all are wearing suits and ties.

???: *Sigh* Where’s that buffoon, he's almost late for the meeting. -Feet propped up on the table-

Alfwin’s Assistant: Sir Alfwin, put your feet down, you’re making a bad image for yourself. -she demands while adjusting her glasses-

Alfwin: Man…. -he grumbles while lowering his feet-

???: You shouldn't be surprised, he's always late for these kinds of things considering his situation. -she adds while she waves her hand-

???: For that reason, Marika, you should give him some grace. He might be feeling a bit hesitant about being here. 

???: …Doesn't really matter Hugo, we aren't really in the place to say someone is late on something to do with these damned Ulos users. 

Alfwin: Ah man here Yamasaki goes… -he thinks as he rests his arm onto the table and his head onto-

Yamasaki: Us humans haven't done anything since Ulos was first brought to this world. -he states as he clasps his hands tightly-

Marika: You got a point there… There aren’t many ways for normal humans to do anything against their kind of power. -she notes-

Alfwin: Why not just hire more Ulos users?

Hugo: It’s not that simple Mr. Arnaq. Not everyone will want to side for something that is used to suppress them.

Yamasaki: Even if we did get more Ulos users on our side there will be some that decide to turn against us.

Marika: Honestly, I say we use other powers besides Ulos itself. There are various forms of power aside from just Ulos, we just need to know how to use them.

Alfwin: Right, there’s Magic, which is the only thing that I can think of that has a chance against Ulos, but I highly doubt we would find any Mages who would side with us considering that it's rarely seen in this day and age. Even if we did, it’s going to be a hassle since they like to keep their arts secret.

???: There’s also our Aura users though right? They are supposed to be able to rival those with Ulos.

Marika: Ozaki’s right, Where the hell are the Inju, don’t they have a surplus of Aura users and other powers at their disposal?

Hugo: The Inju are currently investigating an organization of Ulos users that have been causing a lot of problems for everyone and are much too busy at the moment.

Alfwin: Yeah, they gotta deal with those psychos… -he says with a concerned look- 

Marika: Speaking of which, have they caught that menace that they call “Crow” yet?

Hugo: No, it seems like they have their hands tied with this organization right now.

Alfwin: Damn it, what the hell are they even good for! -he said while slamming his fist on his desk-

Ozaki: What about your research branch Alfwin? Have they come up with anything to counter super powered beings?

Alfwin: Hm? Well there's this one guy who had an idea on how to do it, but what he wanted was insane so I fired him on the spot, and I haven't seen him since. Other than that there isn't really anything they’ve come up with. The enfor-

Ozaki: You can stop there Alfwin. We all know that the enforcement branch of your industry isn't really helping all that much so you don't have to mention it. 

Alfwin: What did you ju- -he asks while angrily looking over at Ozaki-

Yamasaki: He’s right Alfwin, your enforcement branch is really what this meeting is about in the first place. -he added sternly-

Alfwin: What?!? How are they the problem here? Weren't we just talking about how we don't have enough Ulos users on “our” side in the first place?! Why is it all of a sudden my fault?

Yamasaki: You and I both know the reason for that.

Alfwin: Tch. -he looks down angrily-

Ozaki: Well if we don't have any more suggestions I say we should start recruiting something other than the Special Powered.

Marika: What do you mean Ozaki?

Ozaki: We don't have to discuss it now, we can save it for another time. -he interjects as he smiles-

Marika: Thanks for the a-mazing input Ozaki. -she retorts sarcastically-

She places her hand on her head in frustration and wears the expression of defeat and feeling of uselessness.

Marika: *Sigh* Jeez I feel like everytime we have these meetings it always hits a brick wall. Like what’s the point of this?!? -she asks with an upset tone-

Yamasaki: There’s always a point, Marika. We can't just sit back and relax while the threat is slowly growing day by day you know that… -he says as he looks over at Marika with a serious look-

Marika: You’re right, but what are we supposed to do?

Yamasaki: Well… I was holding out my suggestion until near the end of the meeting to hear what the rest of you had to say and see if there were any good proposals.

Ozakai, Alfwin, Marika, and Hugo are surprised by his words.

Yamasaki: Hugo, I don't think you have any suggestions, do you?

Hugo: No, sir. -he replies humbly-

Yamasaki: Now… My suggestion is- *BOOM*

Someone bursts into the room and they fall over with a part of their suit falling over their head.

Marika: Oh, how nice of you to finally join us. -she comments with a sarcastic smile-

???: Sorry huff huff got backed up in traffic. -he gasps heavily-
