"I must stop him before he turns the world into CHEESE"

Of course everyone else is pretty confused by what the heck he is talking about.

"Did he eat some of the mushrooms?" Oliver whispers

"No" max announces, seeming to hear Oliver. "Yes I know you have been watching me. I just don't care enough to do this right now." He gets up and leaves. But before he can fully leave the mushroom ring, a tiny voice is heard.

"Oi! You again?! What have I told you about stepping on my goddamn house you piece of lucid rat dung!"

"Sorry Bernard." Max answers and leaves, again. But before he can leave, again, Axel asks him to join their party and they can all murder a guy who likes cheese more than he should and save the world from rat people.

He says no but he comes along anyway. He doesn't want to but he doesn't have a choice really. I said he had to make friends. He listens to his dad.

On their way through the dark forest, the party begins to talk. Mostly epic backstories. Anyway want to see baby pictures of max? He was so cute. No? You want his backstory? Okay, jeez go easier on your narrator. Anyway max is (technically) a demigod. I don't consider myself a god but okay. His mom doesn't exist, I'm his only parent. Don't ask how that works. And the flower crown he wears is the first thing he ever conjured with magic. I'm so proud of him, anyway am I talking about him too much? I'm just so proud of him. He is my son I'm allowed to be proud of him.

Back to the very epic plot of epicness. After walking a long while they exit the forest and there they see a town. But all is not as it seems. Cliffhanger haha get cliffhangered by me, narrator, the narrator. >:)
