First Update in 2024 so...Happy New Year!
Since the story takes place in my home city Cologne in the year 2081, it's really important to me to also show some iconic places and sights of the city in a futuristic setting. So this page was a whole lot of work, especially the first establishing panel, but it was worth it and I'm really proud of of this comic page here.
You can see the "Rudolfplatz" with the historic Hahnentorburg (Hahnen Gate) from the 13th century. There's also the neon sign of the "Reissdorf Männchen" (Reissdorff Man) – an advertisement für a popular local beer called "Reissdorf Koelsch". There's also some more worldbuilding with those info screens that Pam passes. I really enjoyed creating the flying crafts and those mechsuit wearing policemen. Looking forward to get a closer look a those mech suits and what they can do.
