It didn’t take long for the two of them to abandon their dancing and for them to find a secluded spot somewhere in the club. Astaroth kissed him again, being careful of his fangs, all the while pushing the boundaries of the vampire on how far he could go. So far, Caleb had made some very promising sounds when the demon had softly bitten the man’s bottom lip, then had licked the bruised skin like the very tease he was.
“Ah
fuck!” Caleb exclaimed, head thrown back. Astaroth had found quite
the sensitive spot on his neck to bite him, though the demon’s
teeth weren’t so sharp as to break the pale vampire’s skin.
“I
like how you respond to my touch like that.”
Caleb
righted his head again and smirked, his voice purring like a cat’s.
“You
can touch me more if you want, you know.”
The
demon was taken aback for just a second, but he definitely didn’t
let the oportunity go to waste. Despite Caleb’s demure first
impression, this vampire didn’t hold back once he got all hot and
bothered. What a lovely surprise.
Astaroth
lightly skimmed his fingers over the exposed skin between Caleb’s
shirt and pants, knowing his hot touch would warm up the icy skin
under his fingertips in no time. They traveled upwards, and when
there wass no resistance from the man beneath him, he continued his
exploration. Carefully he made small circles around the man’s
nipples, then dared to pinch the sensitive skin. Caleb whimpered
lightly.
“Such
a pretty sight to feast upon,” Astaroth murmured in the crook of
the vampire’s neck, breathing in his scent. He smelled like
lavender on a cool autumn night. Light but still fresh.
“What
are you doing, Astaroth?!”
The
vampire and demon got pulled back into the world by a woman’s
voice, a hint of anger in her words. Astaroth turned around to see
who their personal cock block was. He gulped when he saw her face.
Shit.
“Lilith,
my dear. How are you doing?”
Caleb
stirred under him, hazy eyes had made way for a look of confusion and
anger.
“Who’s
she?” He asked, while taking his distance from the demon. There was
a hint of betrayal in his voice, and Astaroth knew he had fucked up.
He hung his head low.
“I’m
his fiance,” She replied.
It
felt as if the world had stopped. Everything came crashing down at
this moment, and Astaroth couldn’t stop it. He knew he should have
told Caleb, and Lilith, but he got so distracted…
Caleb
had wiggled out of his grasp, and with angry steps marched his way
over to the door. Before pushing the door open, he swiveled his head
and looked at him, eyes flashing with anger.
“I thought you were different.”
– – – –
“Shit,”
Astaroth mumbled to himself.
Lilith,
tall and curvy in all the right places, had her hands on her hips and
looked at him like she was scolding an unruly schoolboy. Then her
expression softened and she sighed.
“You
really fucked that up, didn’t you?”
Astaroth
groaned.
“Consequences
of not completing your task.”
Lilith
lifted up the demon’s face with her hand, the neckline of her red
velvet dress slipping off of her shoulder in the process. He looked
at her. She had always been a beautiful woman, even as a child, and
if Astaroth had ever been attracted to women romantically, he would
have definitely fallen in love with her in an instant.
“So
tell me why you’re here, having abandoned your task of sorting out
the ropes?”
An
embarrassing blush krept up his cheeks.
“I
accidently set them on fire.”
Lilith
blinked for a moment in surprise, then laughed.
“Really?
That’s so you, though. I thought I was teaching you patience! Guess
we have to start all over again,” The woman sighed again, “And
you better pay for new ones.”
“Yes,
Ma’am,” Astaroth replied, determined.
She
looked around for a moment, noticing they were at a club in the human
realm.
“Though
why are you actually here? It’s not like you to visit this realm so
often.”
Now
it was Astaroth’s turn to sigh. And confess.
“I
think I met my soulmate.”
Lilith
looked shocked. Never in her long life as a demom had she heard of
such a thing.
“I
thought soulmates were only reserved for werewolves?”
Astaroth
shook his head. “I thought so too, but I could feel it, Lilith.
There was a tug at my heart. He’s the one.”
“The
vampire you were with just now?”
The
fiery demon nodded.
“Dang.”
There
was a silence between the two, while the energetic music of the club
droned on in the background.
“You
know what,” Lilith said, a sly smile spreading across her lips,
“I’ll make it up to you. Be here, in this club, on Halloween and
I’ll make sure your soulmate will make it back here. In the
meantime you can go and think up an apology.”
“Do
you think he’ll want to see me again?” Astaroth wasn’t so sure.
“If
he’s your soulmate, then yes.” Lilith took a moment, then
continued: “Also, you should have told me you were seeing someone,
then we could break our agreement.”
Astaroth
looked up at her and wanted to speak up, but Lilith was faster.
“No,
not the engagement, you know how our fathers are. You’ll have to
solve that one yourself. No, remember what I told you when I became
your Domme? ‘If either one of us wants to pursue a relationship
outside of this dynamic, we’ll stop effective immediately’. Did
you forget, Astaroth?”
Astaroth
remembered, but he had been so confused and distracted about this soulmate thing. He
had wanted to figure it out on his own before he involved Lilith, and
now he had ruined his chances with Caleb.
“I
wish I had told you sooner.”
The
woman sighed.
“I
wish you had, but we all make mistakes. Though we’re never too old to
make up for our mistakes. Especially not us demons!”
Astaroth
nodded, then watched as Lilith made her departure.
“Make
sure to be honest to that vampire. He deserves to know the whole
story.” She paused for a moment, then added: “You still have to
pay for the ropes though.”
Then
she poofed away in a cloud of smoke.
