Opening poem lyric “The destiny of a few can shape the fates of many. The balance like seasons in the cycle of change”

Date Date: 3047/124/12

The Council of Holy Dominion was the premier council of authority and power in Da Eripme. In the past the wars between the clans and tribes of Raikosi and Vasz had held back the true potential of the world and as it rose to its worst, in the lands of the west he arrived. Speaking of none other than the great Dizko King (Raikosi), Da High Lord Thiesz aka Da High Vibe of Dominion himself and master of all elements. Yet, underneath him the council was split into chambers of war, social relations, economy, sorcery and science. Of course you had his personal advisors Ock(N/A) the clone prince and Loos(N/A), one of only two non-Ephangians in the council, his past as mysterious as his insight was useful. But there was also Da Sihouettes Armor or Da Shadow Guard who were Da High Vibes personal bodyguards led by the one referred to as the “Noborn” - Rai’ Ulok(Vasz).

Next there was the war council which was a combo of Da Bass of Dominion and Da Dub of Dominion which were split into 13 chambers. Six belonged to one of the Deadly Sunsets and six belonged to one of the Savage Dawns. Collectively they were known as Da Archai and there was one of them to represent each of the six seas and six continents of Epahngi as well as the six angels of death and the six savage daemons of creation who were said to give birth to the titans and hailed from the ancient natural spiritualities as totems of the fundamental balance of existence. As such they were the only ones outside of the Da Shadow Guard with the license to carry and make use of the legendary relic weapons known only vaguely as “Da Floral Swords”.

Starting with six nampia and per tradition with their tribe/clan names first, we begin with Da Empress of War - Venustasiarch, Lady-Yiola (*Xime), or Lady V and then Da Queens - Lagra, Keeshin(Raikosi). Myst, Liquella(Raikosi). Tokwaun, Duturminaw(Raikosi). Qlu, Koi-Fye(Xime). Okotomo, Tailon(Vasz).

The other six were nam known as Da Divine Knights (Only Lord Thiesz is King) beginning with Da Mad Jester Iqanmi, Qos(Raikosi). Then came Mundaz, Terra(Raikosi). Yvan, Lluks(Xime). Atume-Otice, Ivol(Raikosi). Chubba, Zoji(Vasz). Xa, Etharius(Vasz).

The legions led by those aforementioned were the super military within the Eripme and though they supported one another, each operated independently of the others as its own unique special fighting force of 13,000 warriors who in turn became living weapons of nature themselves, trained over a lifetime for combat. Each fighting force took after their Archai in certain traits and preferred combat styles as well as philosophy and aesthetic making them all unique and specialized amongst themselves and distinguished on the field.

In addition, the final chamber belonged to a powerful and large nam named Mettsu, Brackin(Vasz) known as Da Shakala - who was Master General of the “EXPG” or Eripme Xpansion Planetary Guard - the largest fighting force of the Eripme as it consisted of troops who, although were less specialized with lower potential overall than Legionnaires, were more readily available and flexibly trained in the arts of war. The backbone of the empire's fighting force was around 20 million Ephangians strong, but in truth was much greater as the chamber also utilized troops of other species, taking advantage of the alliances it had built along the way.

Next there was the social department which handled all diplomatic relations both foreign and domestic, led by Vashkahl(N/A) - Da Enotu or Da Tone of Dominion who was the other in the council of a different species. Though reports of contact with these people was rare, it was said to have existed further to the galactic east, but presumed to be elsewhere as well, their legacy wide spread. Vashkahl and his apostles spread the word of Lord Thiesz’s deeds and grand vision as well as led new spiritual revolutions in his name, doing their best to ensure the political endeavors of Ephangi were successful in their assimilation of new followers and allegiances through media, religion and education.

Then came the economic field which was led over by the ever watchful Atmos, Sindri(Xime) of the sixth sea as Da Note of Dominion or Da Etoni. His power reigned over the general trade rules and regulations of the Eripme empire. Tracking major funds and assets, creating and enforcing fair tax rules, managing the evaluation and production of kizzos (eohangi currency) as well as monitoring the creation of all banking and public wealth infrastructure. If it had to do with a lot of money there’s no doubt Sindri and his chamber had some knowledge of it.

Next we had Da Mix of Dominion or Da Kairaga who was Lyrose, Zakanashi(Raikosi) a royal form of the razor wild isles, his intellect somehow perhaps more a showcase of extreme cunning and charm than his IQ. All scientific development and research ran through his channels one way or another and his students had many different in depth experiences as they traveled across the stars to gain any and all knowledge useful to the empire's conquest.

Finally last, but not least, there was the master of sorcery, Da Echo of Dominion or Da Psymo who handled all magical and ethereal development and progression. The newest member of the council due to the banishment of the previous Psymo was Mettsu, Ahqueer(Vasz), the daughter of Brackin and a high Fungoo priestess. As such she was strong and very well versed in the knowledge of psycho and emo enochi manipulation as well as spell casting, soul binding and astral reading especially for her young age.

An overlap between both the science and sorcery fields of the council handled the narcotics and medicinal fields of production and development as well thus making an individual chamber in the council dedicated to such matters irrelevant. Every chamber had its lieutenants and captains etc as the hierarchy ran from top to bottom, and the traditions set became powerful reminders to all how the order of things ran as well as what could be accomplished by a group with a common goal. Even still, the Ephangians remained a tribal people with a culture of rhythms, art, love and self realization as much as war, ecstasy, survival and conquest. Thus, the people in general were fair tempered and well mannered, but took matters of the heart and soul deeply, their sense of honor and destiny as strong as any before or whom would come after.

On this day, select chambers of the council were to have a somewhat impromptu meeting pertaining to a special endeavor and as such only Da Mix and Da Echo were involved at this stage. In part, the matter was to deal with the future of the people in regards to their empire and its next phase of space conquering affairs. The other half was in reference to a growing concern referring to a virus of unknown origins which had recently come of notice. This virus had been speculated to be the return of the dreaded “changling curse”, an involuntary response which led to numerous negative side effects for those who suffer it. Until recently it was thought to’v been eradicated as the magic and knowledge to perform the curse was either locked away or destroyed and those who wielded it executed.. Or so it was thought…

Regardless, what was troubling and caused the comparison between the old curse and the new virus in the 1st place was the fact in similar fashion both seemed to target certain genes which happened to be unique in Ephangians and the fact it’s origins were still unknown... Because of this certain members of both the Mix and Echo divisions would be in attendance to determine what the next steps for the Eripme would be based off this new information presented. If it was simply a spike in hex gene activation, it would be handled accordingly and if it was a virus it too would be handled accordingly. However.. If it was discovered it was a biological attack of some kind, whether internal or external in nature and origin, it would be taken to the full council as potential for a new campaign to be waged in its regard.

In specific though, the spotlight would be on Hanokii as he pleaded his case for a new endeavor that both chambers could benefit from which would require cooperation between them and potentially the others as well depending on how things played out. If he was successful here he would place himself in a position to discover things none before him had as well as one to lead from. Though he’d come far, if he had it his way his days as a servant were numbered and then he could make real change.

He had spent a long time contemplating what he would say and how he would convince his peers, his intuitive artistic ability trying to force its way out even when considering such a serious endeavor.

‘No need to overthink’ he thought to himself as he began locking in with focus.

Even if in the moment he felt the need to be more eclectic to get his point across, he was confident in his ability to do so. In fact he was inspired as of late due to a new style of art he discovered due to the intergalactic radio of Black Cat Bill who was host of the dopest show you could catch if you were into xeno music and new Ephangian tracks by those who had moved or toured off world. The genres in particular he had been into lately were called “Trap Metal” and “Hip Hop”, and their patterns and styles seemed to capture a vast array of experiences and depth  emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Khromeo had put him onto it and it was one thing Hanokii hated to give him credit for, but happy he did, so much so he always kept a personal translator that was much better than the standard available. With it he had another way to stay ahead of anything and everything coming into the territory he had interest in. As an Ephangian he couldn’t help but enjoy good art, and as a scientist he was inspired to think about himself and Ephangi in a new way that leant itself to his curious and intricate nature.

‘In the meantime between time like this I’m thankful for such a strange blessing.. To hear something seemingly so alien, but feel as though it was so familiar it was made about me or maybe even for me. How infinitely interesting.’

Soon Hanokii would present his grand idea and if everything went well not only the two divisions benefit handsomely, but all of Ephangi would grow to become more prosperous than ever, seizing a level of evolution which would come with the ability to manipulate the world and greater universe around them like they had never known before. Eventually he planned to be known as the greatest scientific mind in the world, then the sector and eventually the entire galaxy would recognize his value. He would prove to Lord Thiesz that he deserved to be even more than he was now. Hanokii’s heart pounded at the thought of it, but he had to remain steady and consistent, not getting ahead of himself in his angst to succeed and achieve his goals.

“Jay's favorite line, dog in due time” the quote came to him, one of the alien emcees voices flowing into his head as he put away his device. ‘Indeed. In due time, indeed’ Hanokii said aloud to himself as he prepared to step out before the congregation he had hoped to persuade.
