By the way, the girl's name is Veronika Arkadyevna. She's dressed like that because screw you, that's why. (Though, actually, while she is former military, she has since moved on to the private contractor industry, which allows her a bit more leeway with regards to her manner of dress. :3 This doesn't explain why Ivan is in uniform, though. He hasn't got a military bone in his body, and really should be dressed up like a mafioso, actually... huh. P_P Oh Well. )
