"Does God exist?"
"Is he good?"
"Or is he bad?"
"While These thoughts running through my head constantly as I stand before something impossible,"
A user interface (UI) appeared with the words "welcome to the Kingston Dungeon."
Earlier that day, within a crowded yellow bus, Jonathan stood beside one of the seats, holding on to the rail. He was darker than average and stood at a higher than normal height of 6 feet.
After pulling an all nighter you could see the fatigue on his stony face, which could normally be considered attractive. Little did he know his world would turn upside-down, making his day much worse than it is right now.
Jonathan suddenly heard all the phones on the bus going off at once, which woke him up from his stupor. Like everyone else, he was visibly confused, for this was definitely not normal. He noticed everyone else checking their phones and making a variety of facial expressions, so he decided to satisfy his curiosity and check his phone. He saw a notification from (???) on his SMS. “Soon your current world will end and a new one will be born," he read.
Most laughed at the message, some were confused, and the rest ignored it as if it were some prank. Jonathan was wondering if Everyone got the same message. He wondered if that was even a possibility.
The bus continued to drive for about five minutes before Jonathan felt a jerk, and before he knew it, the bus swerved to the right as if it were avoiding something.
"RASS!! RASS!!" The bus driver shouted in panic as he lost control of the bus.
It continued to swerve left and right until it flipped over on its side.
Finally, after sliding on its side, it scraped on the asphalt, flinging sparks all around.
Screams filled the bus as many people were hurt and fearful for their lives. Jonathan was already out cold because he hit his head in the accident.
A few minutes after the crash, crackling sounds could be heard from the bus's windows, followed by a high pitch screech.
Jonathan opened his eyes to a horrific lizard-like creature attempting to enter the bus, its entire body covered in a dark green hue and sharp claws bursting through the windows, but it was too huge to enter.
Looking very imposing with its yellow eyes, it glared at everyone as if they were nothing but prey. Its mouth was filled with sharp, serrated teeth, stained with the redness of its victims blood.
That wasn't the most unusual thing. He received a message from (???).
Knowing what happened earlier, he checked quickly to see what it said.

"This is madness, did I die and go to hell?" He muttered to himself.
"Is this even real? I must be dreaming." He began to question himself.
But he then paused for a while and said to himself, "Dream or reality, it doesn't matter; nothing will happen if I don't move onward."
"And it's impossible to escape that monster without killing it, so my only option is to fight." he said to hype himself up.
He started to move his body but suddenly felt a little bit dizzy. Jonathan was so focused on all the madness that was going on that he forgot about his injuries from the crash. He suddenly felt a great pain wash over his body, causing him to almost collapse in shock.
His phone suddenly vibrated, and then he felt a relief come over his body.
《Skill Auto-Active Ignorant Bliss》
[75% of your pain has been reduced; you are now almost in a blissful state.]
"Wow, the message is right; most of my pain seems to have vanished. I'm still wounded, but without the pain, I can move more freely." He stated this after the message.
"The next thing to do is find a weapon to defeat that thing outside," Jonathan said as he carefully crawled on all fours.
As he crawls throughout the bus, he notices dead bodies all over the place. Those who are not dead are heavily injured and are cowering for their lives. While Some people
clasps their hands together while crying, weeping, and begging for God's help.
This display was horrific to witness for anyone and extremely hard to stomach.
Luckily, Jonathan found a knife on one of the many dead bodies, but felt that the knife wasn't enough for combating such massive beasts. Jonathan thought that he needed a pole or stick to create some sort of spear. Eventually, what he sought was, before his eyes, a wooden pole clutched between old wrinkled hands.
The hands belong to a dead old man he recognized from his neighborhood. The old man's back seemed to have been broken in the impact, and many glass shards stuck out of his body.
He takes a deep breath and sighs to himself, "Is this Mr. Plummer's body? I wonder who else I know is dead. my mom or the rest of my family?”
"This is no nightmare but a living hell, but I must clear the quest, then I can go look for my loved ones."
He said a short prayer for Mr. Plumber before he took his cane. Now the next problem is combining it into a spear.
"Now how to make this into a spear of sorts for combating that lizard?" he thought with a confused expression.
A new message came in on his phone.
《Skill Auto-Activation Alchemy Smith》
[ Does the user want to fuse these materials?]
[YES OR NO]
As he hovered his finger above either answer in an unsure way, he thought to himself, "Maybe (YES) is the right choice; this skill could be helpful in this situation." He then tapped the (Yes) option, which caused both the knife and the wooden stick to glow up. With a sudden flash of light, both objects fused together, and a new message appeared.
