When the phantom signed the contract it was the dead of night.
Yet, in a sudden and brilliant spectacle, a blinding white radiance enveloped the entirety of the forest, seemingly transforming the night into a luminous day.
This radiant glow then extended beyond the forest's confines, spreading across nearby cities, and further still, permeating nearby Empires.
Swiftly, the divine light expanded to encompass the entire world, and even beyond, stretching into the furthest reaches of space itself. But as abruptly as it had manifested, the light vanished, retracting to the heart of the Forbidden Forest.
The being that had occupied the center of the crater had vanished without a trace as if its existence had been erased. Intriguingly, the purple phantom had also disappeared, leaving no evidence of its presence.

All over the world people were wondering who was the source of the light that restricted their vision.
Every single person on TC3 knew exactly what the light meant: A contract between a mortal and a deity had been signed, and not just any deity...
Typically when a basic angel/demon signs a contract with a mortal the light's range is a few meters.
When a Higher archangel/Marquess demon signs a contract with a mortal the light covers a few cities.
And when a Greater God/Greater Devil signs a contract with a mortal a whole continent or two feels the light ray.
So what kind of being is powerful enough to light up the whole planet and beyond?

Forbidden Forest's centre
An hour after the earlier events, within the heart of the expansive crater, a violet luminescence materialized seemingly out of thin air.
This radiant light transformed into a slender violet thread of mana, intricately weaving itself into a complex pattern.
The intricate pattern of mana threads wove together and replicated, the threads transforming from their initial violet hue to pure white.
Gradually widening, they began constructing the form of a small, humanoid male child, culminating in an ivory-hued skeleton.
The structure of bones gradually became enveloped in crimson muscle tissue, each part taking its place and connecting seamlessly.
Organs followed suit, arranging themselves meticulously within the newly formed body.
Finally, flawless, pale skin manifested, unmarred by any imperfections or scars.
In the centre of the crater stood the naked boy, his short, silky Russian violet hair glistening.
He regarded his new hands with curiosity, repeatedly opening and closing them.
Sensing the dirt beneath his feet, he wiggled his toes, resulting in a small grin.
His mouth boasted a set of pristine teeth, yet his canines and incisors appeared abnormally large and sharp, hinting at a predatory aspect.
Raising his gaze to the sky, he unveiled stunning silver eyes that seemed to emit their own luminescence.
A frosty breath escaped his lips, causing the air around him to condense. Taking measured breaths, he cleared his throat before raising his hand. Pointing towards the moon, he emitted a chilling chuckle.
Was this still Oizys Hermes?

The boy left the forest without having to encounter any dangerous beasts or monsters, a feat no one had been able to accomplish in the Forbidden Forest
He walked for hours till he reached the outskirts of a large city.
Just outside the city, the boy decided to sleep before he tackled the challenge of tomorrow.
Although he wore nothing, he was unbothered by the cold at all. He was just happy that he was able to feel the elements, when he was a mere phantom he couldn't interact with the world unless his emotions got out of hand and even then he was the one affecting it and not the other way around.

1 month later.
Caelum Empire, Minerva (Emperor's capital)
Situated within the vast expanse of the Emperor's capital was an immense city, both in terms of physical area and population.
A staggering 50 million individuals called this capital their home.
The streets, meticulously paved with sturdy stone, led to buildings that stood tall and wide, and the atmosphere held a crisp cleanliness. Minerva, the capital, was a living embodiment of a thriving economy.
At its heart lay an expansive estate that spanned several kilometres, anchored by a grand castle of multiple stories. The palace was a blend of classic Roman architecture intertwined with the elegance of the Renaissance era, a true marvel of design. Its colossal columns bore no signs of wear, scratches, or dust, appearing as though they had just been erected.
A well-illuminated room occupied the uppermost floor of this stately palace. Positioned upon a dais at its centre was a glorious golden throne. Directly before the dais was a series of less ornate thrones, each occupied by six men respectively.
Seated upon the golden throne was none other than Emperor Jupiter, the reigning monarch of the Empire of Caelum. The other men, positioned in front of him, were the kings governing the various kingdoms within the empire.
The reason for this sudden meeting was obvious to everyone. It was to discuss the light that blinded the whole world.
Previously they were all under the impression the light simply enveloped their kingdoms, but when they all reported the ray. They were shocked to find out that it blinded the whole continent, and after getting reports from other empires they knew the matter was a global issue.
Due to every empire being on completely different terms with each other, they were unable to come together to discuss it peacefully. So instead each empire had to work by themselves to figure out the issue.
This poor relationship between empires has been the leading reason why the Wakoku Nation has come this far and grown so much. The Empires were simply too selfish to work together.
Emperor Jupiter was a tall intimidating man whose presence caused even the Tier 1 kings in front of him to shiver, he was one of the 17 transcendents: Mortals so powerful, they have to consciously restrict their aura to not cause people to die instantly.
Although Tier 1's and 0's were simply separated by one tier, the difference in power was unfathomable. Even if one hundred tier 1's were to come together, they could never hope to defeat a transcendent.
Emperor Jupiter's countenance was marked by a trim, short brown beard, and closely cropped brown hair.
His pale, silvery blue eyes bore an intensity that seemed to penetrate whatever they fixed upon. Angular and sharp facial features contributed to his imposing appearance, further accentuated by a substantial lightning bolt-shaped scar on the left side of his face.
His physique, as if sculpted by the hands of a God, was evident even beneath the flowing folds of his long purple robe, outlining his impressive musculature. Adorning his head was a radiant Roman crown that gleamed, accompanied by a selection of rings on his right hand and an array of bracelets adorning his left wrist.
He maintained perfect posture as he sat upon his throne, arms supporting his chin atop the armrests.
The kings below him were all arguing passionately as they threw out different theories on what happened a month ago.
"Silence." The emperor's voice was deep, loud, and full of vigour, when he spoke all of the kings immediately kept quiet and looked in his direction.
