- Now.. our final destination- Maron. We need to take this kingdom so Masari's curse can be lifted.

This life turned differently. Sar'gen and his generals spent 30 years uniting the kingdoms in a previous life. Queen Zahla gained more, and more power as Sar'gen was losing friends in bloody battles and they never discovered who was behind all these mess. Zahla was growing stronger and stronger in his previous life but Sar'gen never knew name of his enemy.  While Sar'gen tried to unify kingdoms, Zahla corrupted anything and anyone. She was the reason that Sar'gen used magical artifacts to prolong his life.

This time, Sar'gen already united almost all kingdoms without sacrificing anyone. Queen Zahla was losing her battles, so she became less careful, attempting risky moves.Also, she had not found enough cursed artifacts, as she had no time while trying to get Masari and stop Sar'gen. The future changed significantly. Sar'gen's goals now were to break Masari's curse and finish the queen Zahla for sure. 

 Sar'gen was extremely happy with Masari, he did not care about fate anymore, and every day with Masari was a blessing. He was deeply loved by an affectionate and cute person. It was a dream that came true. Sar'gen knew that he would never let go of Masari, but he still feared meeting Workluku from his previous life, who told him about his fated lover.

- Fate not fate...who cares now...when I am so happy and love my partner...- thought Sar'gen. Masari was a sensitive person. He knew that it might upset him a lot. It was the reason, why Sar'gen decided not to tell Masari what  Workluku  told him about his love life before restarting. That his fated love was a key.

-He is not breathing...- Masari was panicking.

Sar'gen could hear all these screaming around him, but his body refused to move. He felt like all his life drained. The long fight with Queen Zahla took almost everything from him. Donika was also there. Her Heaven spear deflected a lot of curses and looked black from all this cursed magic, but she was unharmed.

-Is he injured?

-He would be fine, - coldly replied Workluku after checking Sar'gen.

-No one of you could withhold this amount of cursed evil energy anyway. It could be only 3 of us. Workluku gently patted Donika, who smiled back at the magician.

-He needs a bit of rest. We won, and we are alive. Everything went well - Workluku sat down on the ground. She was exhausted from the fight.

She touched her magical communication device.

- Workluku speaking to Betraf's magical tower. We won the battle. However, please do not remove the protective barrier. Queen Zahla and her supporters release a lot of curses that need to be contained or eliminated. I am requesting Betraf's assistance in clean up.

Workluku closed the channel and laid flat on the ground.

Sar'gen opened his eyes. His body was inside Masari's warm arms, who gently stroked his hair. 

-Sar'gen...- Masari instantly saw that his partner opened his eyes. 

-Baby...don't worry. I am good, -Sar'gen whispered to his extremely worried partner. However, he could not even lift his arm to touch Masari. He looked at Workluku.

-Thank you my friend that you been with me. Thank you for your help.

Workluku turned her head and smiled.

- You are great man Sar'gen. I am proud to be part of this.

In a previous life, Sar'gen  met  Workluku just before restart but they been friends for many years for sure.  He never liked magic and magical artifacts. Sar'gen believed that he could overcome everything with his strength only. He was extremely arrogant. Sar'gen smirked at his previous self.

Betraf joined his empire with conditions to be left alone and not patriciate in fights. The reason behind it become clear now. Betraf spent all these years trying to contain Maron's evil. In his previous life, he did not succeed in unification, everyone was deceived by Maron. At some point, before his restart, they lost communication with Maron, Betraf, and Bravensan. Boarder protector reported the spread of evil miasma. Now Sar'gen knew that it was Queen Zahla's doing, her cursed energy was rooming across his empire, and he did not even notice it.

-Donika, my little sister...- Sar'gen smiled at her...- You are the best! You grow so well. - Donika giggled at her brother's words.- We are so proud of you, the Heaven Spear wielder. This victory is all yours. We would not survive without you.

The basement of Zahla's royal palace was full of the cursed objects. The Royal family of Maron collected only curses and cursed objects for many generations.

Workluku moved carefully between shelves of the dark basement, trying not to touch anything. Her protective amulet shined bright red. Suddenly she stopped in front of the long box. It was kept separately from other curses and had a lot of restrained spells.

- I think I know what it is, - Workluku touched the box and looked back to Sar'gen. He nodded. They both knew that this artifact should be there somewhere. For past these years as soon as Sar'gen found Workluku and told her about everything, they were searching for the artifict that could return your past lives memories so they could get the answer. Workluku  started to chant the spell and  the restraining spells slowly moved on the box like snakes.  Workluku whispered a few spells and restraining spells started moving faster and faster on the box.

It was how Zahla obtained the power to  win all the battles, she used power of the reborn curse and retained the memories of the previous life. Zahla destroyed the magical kingdom bit by bit, imprisoning fairies and polluting its land.

Workluku sharply pulled one of the moving snakes on the box, and restraining spells started to move from the box to her arm. They slid slowly from her wrist to her shoulder. Workluku grimaced from the pain but continued to uplift the restraining spells. As soon as restraining spells reached her chest, they would collide with a long blue artifact of the absorption embedded in her body.

All lost memories flooded back to Sar'gen and Workluku. In one of their previous life they discovered this artifact and bounded it to their fate. Workluke who wanted to save the only family that she tragically lost Ven and Sar'gen who killed his fated lover Masari. Enormous grieve of the two  most powerful beings in the world created this artifact.  

Sar'gen  who have been protected by Mountain's Spirit Sar, were born to stop the wars and suffering of the people. To do so, he was granted a special ability - a magical artifact that could restart his life,  gifted by Gods to ensure that Sar'gen  would achieve his mission no matter what. 

Workluku who sacrificed her life to protect everyone from the evil and was gifted ability to support Sar'gen in his journey. 

-Magical artifact? Special ability? - Sar'gen asked shockingly.

As memories flooded back to Sar'gen and Workluku, the sadness of the most tragic moments of their previous lives hit extra hard.

The darkest despair that they felt of losing their loved ones again and again, it was the ultimate price they both paid.

In the previous life Zahla cursed Sar'gen so he would not retain memories of his previous lives and imprisoned Workluku. Zahla could not fully use the artifact but she managed to understand that if she would be able to get Masari, fated lover of Sar'gen she might be able to chance the fate for her. 

Sar'gen was overwhelmed with emotions. 

Suddenly everything went white and snow fell to the dark cursed ground. The huge tiger walked in, he stopped infront of Sar'gen and talked.

- My child...You did so well...You saved so many lives this time. It was indeed a difficult task so as your protector I will grant one wish and one asnwer to you.  Would you want to live longer? 

- No...I...- Sar'gen who never wanted to reveal it froze. 

- What is going on? Tell the truth.

Workluku who was standing behind Sar'gen nonchalantly explained.

- He used the Ilula artifact all these times. This artifact would grant a change of appearance in exchange for your lifespan. It is a very common trading condition on magical artifacts.

- Trading life? - Masari turned to Sar'gen in shock. 

-What? - Masari, Kedra and twins went berserk.  They both angrily looked at Sar'gen.

- Why no one told us? - Vulal demanded.

- Calm down generals. God protector  could restore his original life span so no point in arguing. - Workluku looked at her comrades.

Everyone calmed down a little bit but still no one looked happy. 

God protector, Sar who was listening to the  argument moved his head towards Sar'gen again.

- Child, do you want me to grant you the previous life' request as well?

Sar'gen was still too occupied trying to calm down his partner and friends, missed the subtext of the question and just nodded. However, as soon as he did, the realization hit him.

- The reason that you never loved in your previous life was that you were destined to love only once and only one person. You had a fated lover...whose name...

-No...- Sar'gen interrupted God, he raised his hand. 

Masari who was standing next to Sar'gen came closer and touched his partner's shoulder.

Sar'gen turned to Masari. 

-Masari...I...It does not matter...anymore.. to me you are the only one I love...

-I know.- Masari touched Sar'gen's cheek and smiled to his lover.

- I know it very well and I also know that if you were fated to love only once and only one person. It would mean that I am the fated person so I want to hear it. Tell us  God protector. Who is the fated person of Sar'gen, Unifier? It would be either my name.... or I would know the name of the person who I would need to fight with, - said sharply Masari.

Kedra giggled behind his back.

Masari squeezed his lover hand and bravely looked into Sar's eyes.

-Ha... Your silly children, of course you fated to each other...

-  Be happy Masari, fated lover of Sar'gen the greatest Unifier of 10 kingdoms. 

-All of you, - he pointed to Vulal, Solal, and Kedra who were standing behind, -  found your fated partners...All of you made a good decision and changed the fate once again.

- Be happy children. Live your life ...no coming back...love your partners and call me for a good celebration, I would come with presents, - Sar slightly bowed and disappeared in the white.

Masari was lying on Sar'gen's lap, smiling as Sar'gen gently touched his hair. - Are you happy? - asked Masari his lover.

-Mmm...of course I am happy that you are my fated lover Masa.

- Haha...I know you had doubts about it. - jokingly continued Masari. Sar'gen leaned and kissed him.

- Baby...This time I wanted to know the name of your fated lover, not mine.

Masari blinked in surprise.

-What?

 - I wanted to know the name of the person who I needed to find and kill, - Sar'gen eyes were completely clear, and his voice was serious.

Masari sat up from the shock, staring at his shameless bloodthirsty lover. Suddenly he squeezed Sar'gen's face and kissed him deeply. 

-Thank you, Sar'gen, for coming back to meet me, - whispered Masari intimately while removing the rest of Sar'gen's clothes.
