I had a Silcoon do this to me, just bounce around in tighter circles before stopping in front of me, so I figure it wanted to come with. Love the friendlier Pokémon that like to just wander up to you, although I will say that this surprised me because the last Silcoon I had encountered in the wild had been aggressive (I’m going to say that one saw me catch one of its brethren).
