Back at HQ, the Cobalan defenders tend to the injured. All the while, Gregor and Francis devise a plan to bring down the Ironclaw raiders and the Neogiga. In an interrogation room, Zafira asks Sebal for the reason he attacked Mercury. "To be honest with you... I have no clue either. Call it guilt or whatever, all I knew was that what he was doing didn't seem to line up with our goals." Says Sebal, observing the cuff on him. Tuga snaps and grabs Sebal by the collar. "You expect us to believe that! You knew what he was doing and only turned on him at the last minute! You call that redemption!? Need I remind you of all the people who are dead due to your cults actions, you sack of shit!" Tuga says with rage in his eyes. Before he could punch Sebal, Zafira pulls Tuga away and slams him against a wall. "What the hell is your problem Tuga!? We need him to tell us what he knows about the Neogiga and he can't do that if you cave his skull in! So let us get the info we need or get the hell out!" Zafira says in a commanding to. Just then, they hear Neo roar annoyed by the constant fighting. Tuga leaves the room furious. Ruby goes to try and calm Tuga down. With Tuga and Ruby out of the picture, Sebal agrees to tell Zafira everything he knows about the Neogiga.

Sebal explained that the Neogiga was a large theropod-like Mekanimal that was one of Cobalus' apex predators. Its only competition was the Neorex and the Neospino. During the war, humanity used the Neogiga as their ultimate weapon. They would surgically implement all kind of weapons from cannons to missle pods. This resulted in many Neogigas rejecting the modification and would rip the technology off of their bodies. Many Neogigas succumbed to injuries through this process. The last of the Neogiga was the "successful" one out of all of them. That Neogiga would be buried under molten rock in hopes that heat would cremate the body. It would have worked were it not for the Ironclaw raiders. Upon hearing this, Zafira realizes how dangerous this Neogiga really is and Sebal knows about this Mekanimal the most. "What else do you know about the Neogiga? Is there some way to beat this thing?" Zafira asks. "Its able to fire a stream of energy due to a cannon in its mouth. Once used, it has to cool down before firing another shot. Its best to attack in between each shot." Says Sebal. With this knowledge, Zafira uncuffs Sebal and takes him to Swordtooth.

Meanwhile, Neo checks on Swordtooth and sees her injuries healing at a rapid pace. Swordtooth notices Neo and turns away from him. Neo cautiously sits down next to Swordtooth. While Swordtooth is aware of the tyrannosaurs presence, she is too tired from all the medication to do anything. Just then, Zafira and Sebal walk into the area were the Mekanimals are at. "Something's off with Sebal. His body might be stern but his eyes and heart paint a different picture. Is this "guilt" that he is feeling?" Neo thinks to himself. Sebal approaches Swordtooth and sees her injuries from the Neogiga. Sebal apologizes to Swordtooth only for Swordtooth to chuff at him. Zafira and Neo could easily tell that Sebal and Swordtooth have formed a bond unlike the other Raiders. Zafira approaches Sebal and lets him know that Swordtooth still needs time to recover. Sebal and Zafira leave the Mekanimals to let them rest.

A few days later, Swordtooth had recovered from her injuries much to the delight of Sebal. Neo approaches them with Zafira on his back. Zafira asks if Sebal is down for a sparring match between Neo and Swordtooth. Sebal and Swordtooth agree to this and prepare to battle Zafira and Neo. The Mekanimals begin by circling one another before charging at each other. Swordtooth bites down onto Neos leg. Neo grabs Swordtooth and tosses her aside. The Mekanimals trade blow for blow, each strike stronger than the last. The two Mekanimals gain a surge of power much to the shock of their Riders. Neo and Swordtooth, engulfed by this surge in power, charge eachother for one more attack. After the strike connects, everything goes quiet for what feels like minutes. The silence is broken when Swordtooth collapses to the ground. Neo turns around and looks at Swordtooth as Zafira reaches her hand to Sebal. "So, ready to tear down the Ironclaw raiders?" Zafira asks. Sebal nods in agreement and joins the Riders with Swordtooth. Reunited, the Riders, with two new members added to the group, leave to stop the Ironclaw raiders and save the world.
