First day of school, I wasn’t that exited. Me and dad moved about 3 and a half weeks, I think to be honest I have never been good with time. Dad drove me to the school he wished me good luck, he looked sad I knew that this hole moving thing is partly his fault but I don’t blame him. He died of course we had to move. I had woken up in our minivan some days later after the incident as my dad refers to it like its illegal to say what actually happened. We both know what happened but its better to leave it unspoken. I walked into the school I was supposed to find the school office I assumed it would be right by the entry of the school but it was not. I started walking around trying to find something that looked like a school office, But nothing. I started getting worried I was not going to find it in time. My eyes were darting around the halls as I walked suddenly, I bumped into someone. My eyes locked on the person I bumped into. He was tall and broad he looked like a real jock he even had the jersey jacket to fit the jock description. “oh shit are you okey?” he said with probably the most apologetic voice I have ever heard. “oh yeah it was an accident, I should look where I’m going” “what were you in a rush to find anyway?” a girl said she was standing by the jocks side. I hadn’t realized there were more people that had to witness me running into some dude. “oh the school office” i say “so your new?” another girl said she was shorter then the other girl, the first girl had dark locks that went all the way down to her stomach. The second girl had space buns they were so cool I never allowed myself to get long enough hair to do space buns. Even though I really wanted it. “yeah” I said after probably to long. “ohh sick, there is never someone new here” the jock said “we can help you get there” the girl with locks said. “I’m Zack” the jock said or rather Zack said “this is Jessica and Raya” he pointed to the two girls that was standing on his side I couldn’t decide who was who by Zacks just pointing there way. “and this is Sid” Zack said moving to the side to show the teen hiding halfway behind him, Sid waved at me. I waved back “okey so will you guys show me where the school office is?” I said trying to sound like it was time sensitive, like it was. “oh yeah follow us” Zack said leading me the other way they were coming from.

“here it is” Zack said pointing to the door “I guess this is where we part ways” I said’, before I could turn on my feet and walk into the office Zack grabbed my arm lightly “hey so if you don’t have anyone to eat lunch with your welcome to sit with us” he said with a smile on his face. “oh thanks I will consider it” I said then I walked into the office. The principal gave me my schedule and some other papers then sent me on my way. First period was already over when I got out from the school office I tried to find my locker and my next class. I was walking trying to find out where environmental science was supposed to take place, I swear this school is a labyrinth. Then I for the second time I bumped into someone. This time it was that person I saw when I and dad went camping over summer just when we had got here. The one I laid in the grass with I release I never got their name. “Sorry sorry” they said with panic in there voice “hey no it was my fault no need to be sorry if anyone should be sorry it would be me” I said hoping this would calm them. “wait you’re your sorry I don’t remember your name” they said looking apologetic “wynn and its okey it happens often” i tried to sound like it was true because yeah it was but most people just called me that person or the one that lost their mom. There wasn’t exactly much time to get my name right when they did not want to get to know me. “Wynn yes that’s what it was, well wynn I’m Jules nice to meet you again” they, Jules said. “Nice to meet you to” I said smiling “you wouldn’t happen to know where environmental science is? I do not know where it is and breaks almost over so, please help me” I explained probably talking a little too fast “oh yeah I can show you where it is, can I see your map over the school?” they waited until I gave them the map. “There, and your here” they pointed to the map while they explained where it was. Turns out it was just a few paces in front of me. “thanks, Jules!” I ran to class before they could say something in return.

Lunch, I’m trying to decide whether I should take Zack and them up on there offer or if I should try and find Jules. maybe I should just sit alone, nah. I’m going to find Zack and them. I see them siting on the far left side of the outside area, im starting walking up to them, when Zack waves I wave back. i sit on one of the free space on the benches. “so your new?” the girl with locks said. “yeah I thought I already said it didn’t I” I said with laughter in my voice. “yeah you did I just wanted to confirm you were actually new” she continued to say “okey and what was your name again I’m so bad with names?” I cut in before she could continue on her wanting to confirm that I’m actually new “I’m Jessica” she pointed to herself “this is Raya” this time she pointed to the girl sitting beside her “and the guy you bumped into is Zack” she pointed across the table where Zack was seated. “And the little guy is Sid” she laughed as she said it “I’m not little, you asshole” Sid responded with not exactly laugher in his voice but not anger exactly ether.  We ate lunch. them just trying to get to know me. me trying to get to know them. Then suddenly Sid stared out toward another table. He tugged on Zacks jacket, Zack looked at Sid then at what Sid was staring at. I followed there eyes there on the other side of the yard there was a group of people huddled around something that was on the grass. “not again” Zack said by the way he was saying it I could understand that it was how the hole group was feeling. “Not again what?” I say confusion growing in my throat. Zack turned back to the group so did Sid after a little longer “it’s this person in school they are bullied pretty badly you would think people would be over bulling people but no” Zack says as I continue to stare to the group of people huddled around what I now release is someone. “why don’t we do something?” I spoke quietly not knowing if I would be over stepping. “because its been like that for so long I do not know how we would even start” Jessica spoke softly like she was admitting to something illegal which I felt like it was. I continued to stare into the crowd that’s when I saw it or rather them. Jules was siting on the grass on the verge of crying. People just standing around laughing. It disgusted me I had to do something, so I did. I started walking towards them. my feet carrying me like they had a mind of their own. Then just I was there not knowing totally what to do “HEY stop that!” I shouted at them. “And what are you supposed to be” one of the guys said then he laughs “I said stop that!” still standing tall I realized this might end with me also being beat. “your new right so you don’t really know how things work so let me tell you that we do as we please, and you just have to deal with that or you might not have such a pretty face anymore” he snickered at me. I just nodded, they left. I helped Jules on their feet there was some bruising forming on their cheek. Jules left as soon as they could, running in to the school.

Zack and the others came seeing how I was “I’m fine but there clearly not, how long has this been going on?” I demanded to know “since like forever” Zack said. “What the fuck and you guys just let it happen?” I said with anger growing in my voice. “you see what their like we can’t just stop them” Raya said sounding hopeless. I turned around and walked into the school trying to find out where Jules went which was easier said than done. I tried to look around but there were no Jules. so I just went along with my day.

“how was school?” dad asked when he picked me up that day “you know just school” I responded flatly. “okey I wont pry” my dad responded.
