Chapter two

A meal

“What do you want?” I asked trying to sound angry “Why am I here?”

“All will be answered soon,” said a strange voice 

“Who are you?” I ask

“You will find the answers you seek after the test trials first eat on your journey here you passed out twice,” said the strange voice

“Can I at least know who you are”

“Not yet”

Just then the door opened a masked figure (who opened the door) says “Please let me escort you to your meal”

“Why can't I know who you are” 

“We need to know if you are the one”.

“The one for what”

“I've said too much now follow me”

We walk for what seems like forever! When they open two doors. I half expected a horrible meal but the dinner was a sight to behold the eye. It was as big as a sideboard (another word for buffet)

I didn't eat a lot because I'd feel bad for eating a lot. Then they kept encouraging me to eat more. I ate like a king that night. Afterward, they showed me to a nice luxurious bedroom. They had a library with a huge selection of books. I was in heaven, I thought I must've died and gone to heaven. Either way, I was happy to be there. I pick up a book and read.
