It's a real shame he stepped out into a thick green rainforest.

"Okokok," Marcy suddenly said, dragging him away from his disappointment.

"FIRE POWERS!?"

"I KNOW!" He excitedly replied.

"Reerp!" Lapras chimed in. Kai noticed that sadly, Lapras had become only just noticeably smaller, probably slightly evaporated from the dragon's flames.

From the look of Marcy's face, she'd only just noticed too.

"Well, without these new powers of yours, Lapras might be gone! You saved Lapras, Kai!" Marcy reassured.

"I guess I did, didn't I?" He replied, a grin on his face.

They all got a chance for a good look around in the moment of silence.

Dense trees seemingly miles high blocked out almost all sunlight, but that didn't stop the shady floor from being littered with ferns. The only non-green things around were them, a few pieces of exotic fruit, a pair of large, watchful eyes and beautiful birds he couldn't see in his dreams!

A bright pink figure leaped at them from the bushes.

They dodged them pretty easily, alarmed but prepared from their last fight.

The figure stood up, mildly pained, on all fours apparently?

No, she seemed to be some kind of centaur. She was bright pink and had the coat and lower half of a llama. She had dark green face paint under her eyes and held a crudely crafted spear. She looked very surprised to see them.

"You're not a capybara!" She exclaimed.

"Oh, I'm so sorry about that, are you three ok?"

"Yeah, thanks! Ambushers don't usually ask their targets if they're ok!" Marcy replied before Kai could say anything.

"Oh, no, I'm not an ambusher!" The mysterious pink centaur corrected. 

"My name's Wammawink and I was just getting some different food, my friend's a bit of a picky eater..."

"Your friend?" Kai asked.
