“I was expecting you.“ Said the green creature standing among the pods. “You got here to me exactly as I planned.“
“Right. That’s why your henchmen were trying to fend me off so desperately.“ Sinclair smirked and spat on the floor. The being with tentacles was staring right at him unblinking and it was hard to tell if Sinclair’s words had any impact upon him.
“They are not my henchmen. They are parts of the organism, which I created. You are not a part of it yet – so they feel distress and they attack. But trust me, everything will change very soon.“ The creature stopped at a container with a woman in a blue costume, and its tentacles started to wave erratically independent of each other.
“Release Mara right now!“ Shouted Sinclair getting his weapon steady.
“Release?“ The creature sounded surprised. “Do you see any bonds on her? She’s free to go... Yet she chose to stay and receive what I had to give her.“
