The sensation of solitude is overwhelming at places like this desolate planet. Where life used to blossom – now are only dilapidated ruins. They are still full of life, but this is not human life. Humans are no longer welcome in this world, and the creations of their hands and minds are slowly decomposing giving way to the indigenous life forms.

Sinclair has been on his way for quite some time. It was very difficult for him to pursue his target following only those slimy leftovers. He did not know if they were the discharge or some active body parts, it was hard to tell. One thing was certain – whoever this residue belonged to – they took Mara and Sinclair had to fight her back. He did not know their intentions, maybe they were just predators roaming the ruins of human colonies. But they seemed to be persistent in their resolve to kill him.
