The main reason I wrote a song for this trailer thingy is because of one of my own characters. His name is Rockstar Ronin. (He's the blonde guy with the guitar.) Rockstar is the narrator of the story but his whole gimmick is that he wants all the attention for himself. Originally he was going to sing all his narration, but that was too hard. It's a shame... I think that could have been really funny. Long story short, I decided he deserved at least one song and wrote this. If Skateboard Samurai gets an anime adaptation someday, I hope the team behind it give Rockstar plenty of moments to sing and rock his heart out.
