It was nighttime when he made it back, the jumping spider swept through his front yard's garden and opened the door using his top right hand. He entered his cozy abode and placed Kiri, Vee and Agnar on the green couch he owned before heading to the kitchen to make some food for them.

At that moment, Agnar awoke from his slumber in a panic. Where was he? Was he still on the same planet he had landed on? The moment Ione returned to the living room, the six limbed bug charged at him and pinned him to the ground. "Who are you?! Why'd you take us here?!" "R-relax! I'm just trying to help! You guys were passed out on this tree.. and your vix was crying.. so I took you guys to my house to make you some food!" "...You better not be lying." Agnar pushed himself off of Ione, all four of his arms were crossed. "Anyways.. I cooked you guys some broccoli cheddar soup! I hope you're not allergic to any of the ingredients I used.." 

Agnar nodded his head, "thanks..." before he walked into the kitchen. Ione followed, and sat down with him at the table. A few seconds in, Ione's curiousity already started nipping him to ask questions. "So.. what's your name? And your friend's name?" "Agnar, Agnar Meir. I don't know the bee at all, but I wish I did." "Why?" "They saved me from my death some hours ago..." "That's nice, saved you from what?" "I don't want to discuss that right now.." 

The spider nodded and began eating the soup he prepared for himself while watching Agnar do the same. A smile tugged on Ione's mandibles as the ant enjoyed the food. 

Kiri was sleeping on the couch still, but not for long, as their vix; Vee was scratching his face, forcing them awake. "W..what the... Oh.. it's just you. You silly thing!" Ze picked Vee up and held it close. The bee stroked it's fur with a huge smile on his face. "You're so adorable, you're the silliest thing ever I just want to squish your little face!" 

The other two arthropods could hear how happy Kiri was all the way in the kitchen. Ione got up from their chair to introduce himself to the bee. Seeing someone they didn't know at all startled zem, but ze didn't want to seem rude so he repressed any sort of reflexes excluding the tensing in his shoulders. The jumping spider took notice of that and backed away as to not discomfort Kiri.

 "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable, I just wanted to introduce myself! My name's Ione, there's soup in the kitchen waiting for you, and I took you to my home because... Your Vix was crying, and your clothes seem torn up..." The lunar bee smiled softly at the spider. "Thanks... You're very kind for that. Is there anything I can do to pay you back?" "Nothing other than enjoying the soup I made you!"

Kiri's smile widened, they placed Vee on the ground before pushing themselves off the couch, thanking Ione yet again "Thank you so, so much-" but the moment they tried to walk their back felt as if it burnt hotter than the sun. The bee winced and struggled to keep their body off the floor, Ione tried helping but Kiri dismissed it and said that "Everything's okay.. Don't worry..". 

He forced himself to walk all the way to the kitchen, missing the big wings he used to have. The spider followed suit, and noticed the huge tear in Kiri's back, and the very small remnants of his wings. Ione decided to keep quite in case it was a sensitive topic. Kiri and Ione sat down in their chairs and ate soup with Agnar for the next 20 minutes. The whole time, Ione's mind couldn't stop thinking about what happened to the two insects, even while discussing different topics with the two. 

An hour later, Ione pulled out 2 mattresses for each of the two bugs. "There's always horrible winds late at night, and this country.. doesn't really like insects.. So it's better for you guys to stay here." Agnar raised an eyebrow and crossed his top arms. "What's a country?" this confused both Kiri and Ione. Ione wasn't that sure on how to describe it, but luckily Kiri knew the exact definition. "It's basically a region, territory, or large tract of land distinguishable by features of topography, biology, or culture."

The ant sighed, his eyes contained a sad, yet angry expression. "We didn't have anything similar to that back at the colony. They didn't like diversity in cultures and stuff... I'll just go to sleep. Thanks Ione, for letting me stay here." As Agnar headed to sleep, Kiri's eyes widened at the lack of diversity in Agnar's home. They wanted to say something, but the ant was already trying xeir best to stay asleep even without a blanket.

Ione looked up at Kiri with the same feelings towards what the argentinian ant just said. The two didn't really know if it was appropriate to start a conversation surrounding that topic without asking Agnar. They sat in awkward silence before Ione announced that he was going to get blankets for them. Kiri nodded and walked towards zeir mattress, zeir back still paining zem at every movement they made. Even trying to sit down hurt, no matter how slow the pace was. 

Kiri's vix jumped on the mattress to sit down on his lap, then started 'making biscuits'. The bee smiled at Vee and played with it's fur, something that always made them feel better. That's when Ione finally headed back with two, thick blankets. "I'm back!.. Sorry if these aren't good enough.. they don't sell better ones here.."

"Don't worry, anything is good enough for me." Another soft smile came from their face, they grabbed the vix on their lap and placed it on the ground yet again, then tried their best to walk over to Ione to grab the blankets themselves. The whole time, their body tensed up as their upper and lower back didn't allow them to be free of pain. It was very noticeable, so the very moment Kiri grabbed the blankets, Ione took them back, placed one on Agnar and pointed out the very obvious.

 "Why are you pretending that you're feeling completely fine? It's obvious your back is hurting like crazy, and I'm pretty sure it hurts whenever you even try to stand up." "I'm okay really-" "No, you're not. I have some bandages and a first aid kit in my bathroom. I know I just met you, but I'm going to fix you up no matter what you say." 

He left the room for a good 50 seconds to grab the first aid kit. 

Kiri felt horrible, once again he was making people feel bad for him, he was making someone waste time on him. He hated being helped and didn't know why. The moment Ione came back, the bee could only comply since he didn't want to waste his time anymore. "Sit on the mattress, that way it's easier on your back." The next 40 minutes were spent healing Kiri's back, and the next hour Ione fixed the tears in the bee's clothes. When he came back, xeir shirt looked like new. Surprisingly, Kiri started crying, crying tears of joy. "Thank you so much.. it looks so good it's literally beautiful."

 They opened their arms up, as if they wanted to hug the jumping spider tight. Ione moved closer and hugged him, both of them were smiling widely. When Ione pulled away, he gave Kiri his blanket and watched as the bee headed to sleep. The spider sat on the couch, noticing Vee playing with a violet flower it probably got from one of the vases in the kifchen. Ione smiled and picked the vix up, Vee then sat on his lap and the two fell asleep.
