Markus had a lean physique, with piercing black eyes and long hair slicked back. Standing at about 179 centimeters, he exuded foolish arrogance and recklessness, believing everyone was beneath him. 

 "I love your humility and peaceful demeanor, brother," a voice chimed in from behind, a man dressed in formal black attire. Standing beside him was a strong-looking individual. the individual added in a calm tone “I see we have some uninvited guests.” 

The man stood at about 178 centimeters, his sharp features highlighted by piercing brown eyes and neatly combed black hair. A short beard adorned his face, adding to his distinguished appearance. Despite his slim physique, he exuded a strong and respectful presence, enhanced by his choice of fancy black attire that matched his aura of authority. 

Turning his attention back to Delion, he addressed him firmly, "Delion, did I see you attempting to attack my little brother? And how could you invite this man and his family without consulting us first?" 

"Carter, Delion is trying to mend our broken family ties," Lily interjected. 

“Lily, even if you're marrying Delion, please refrain from interrupting us or intervening in our family matters. Delion is more than capable of defending himself," Carter replied firmly, addressing Lily's attempt to diffuse the tension. 

"I... I'm sorry. I was trying to ease the tension," Lily apologized, her voice shaking. 

"No need. Keep it to yourself," Carter responded  

Lily fought to hold back her tears. 

 "LOOK, CARTER, I RESPECT YOU AS THE HEAD OF THIS FAMILY NOW, BUT DON'T YOU DARE HURT MY LILY. I'LL MASSACRE YOU ALL!" Delion's anger flared, his eyes ablaze, his aura radiating with intensity. 

The man next to Carter stepped forward, facing Delion. "Try anything funny, and your marriage will turn into a funeral," he warned in a strong tone. 

"Yes, it will be yours, nephew. You're trying to defend your younger brother but are you ready to die for him?" responded Delion defiantly. 

"Let's see who will die." 

The two warriors faced each other, their auras ready to clash. The two looked equals everyone knew their confrontation could result in the destruction of the house. 

"Bran, hold off. Delion isn't our enemy here," Carter intervened, defusing the tension. Bran immediately stepped back, easing the situation. 

"Honey, you've upset Lily. She's my sister and will soon be Delion's wife. She only wanted to help end this family feud," a beautiful girl interjected. 

"You're right, dear Cressy. My apologies  Lily. I didn't mean to hurt you, especially on this special day. And Delion, you're like a brother to me. I'm also sorry for the tension between you and Bran, but I really hate unwelcome surprises," Carter apologized . 

Cressy is Lily's sister, equally stunning with her strawberry red hair and ruby eyes. At 5 feet 5 inches tall and aged 26, she exudes the same elegant aura but possesses a stronger personality. 

"Especially when the surprise was the one that took down my father and ruined this family for nothing, all because of mere jealousy and hatred,". 

 "I ruined my family?! I took down my brother because of jealousy?! I took down my own flesh and blood, my lifelong companion, all because of jealousy?!" Alexander's voice boomed with fierce intensity, reflecting his anger at the accusations. 

"I bore the brunt of your hatred and harsh words all these years, enduring the weight of your disdain," Alexander continued, his voice thick with the pain of accumulated grievances. 

"Your father left me with no alternative. It was a matter of my pride, duty, and the salvation of a generation. I had to act to prevent my brother from wreaking havoc. Your father, my brother, was a crime lord who committed deeds more sinister than any other. His final 'business' endangered every 'AUXTENDER' in this empire, he had to be stopped "  

"Isn't your second son an 'AUXTENER'?" Carter inquired. “So, this is the reason? Let's simply eliminate it," Markus declared, rushing forward with a knife aimed at Eden, his instinct urging him to kill with a villainous smile Eden was scared Lucenio stood frozen in place, his body rigid with fear. Though every fiber of his being urged him to move, to defend his brother, he remained paralyzed by the overwhelming sense of fear coursing through him. 

The instinct to protect pulsed within him, but his limbs refused to obey, trapped in a prison of terror and uncertainty. 

Suddenly, a wave of air surged forth, sending Markus flying to the floor. 

"She attacked Master Markus!" a guard exclaimed, ready to attack the family. Before Alexander could react, Aria swiftly intervened again. With a gesture of her hand, bodies of air materialized behind each guard and Markus, forming daggers of wind. Aria held each guard at bay, the sharp blades pressed against their throats as if a group of assassins were employed. 

 "How dare you try to harm my boy! I could end you all with a single move," Aria declared. 

"I don’t think it’s a wise move, Ms. Aria, isn’t that right, Uncle?" Carter interjected; his tone measured. 

"Aria, let them go. We're not here to shed blood, but to resolve matters. However, I don’t think it an option now," Alexander reasoned. 

"Mom, please, I'm scared. Can we leave?" Reya pleaded, tears streaming down her face as she clung to her mother's leg. Aria ceased her abilities and gently held her daughter. "Don't worry, honey, mommy's here." 

"We will depart now. It's not worth enduring this. I'm sorry, Delion, but we cannot fulfill your wishes," Alexander explained regretfully. 

Directing traumatized Lucenio and scared Eden to leave Marcus attempted to speak but halted abruptly under Carter's gaze. 

"Uncle, your intent to settle this matter is noted, but the decision we face involves the entire family, and it's not yours alone to make whatever you see fit," 

"Oh my, is this a pre wedding dinner or funeral? Why is no one dancing?" remarked one of the unfamiliar women as they entered the ballroom, their presence causing a stir. Turning to Alexander, the other woman asked, "How are you, little brother?" Surprises continued to unfold throughout the night as the two mysterious women made their entrance, leaving Alexander and his family members stunned. While some guests welcomed the newcomers, others watched with anticipation, curious about what other events would transpire on this 'normal night.
