CHAPTER 4 

As Tears run down Ñathaniel’s eyes , he looks at Patrick with an eerie look.

Patrick is still confused about everything going on.

The stares, the whispers….what was going on?

He looks into Lui's phone and then feels his heart sink into his stomach.

He watched as he and Lui intimately stare at each other then proceed to make out. 

Nathaniel runs out of the class. He didn’t want to look hurt and vulnerable in front of so many people. 

Nathaniel enters the bathroom then washes his face.

The feeling of the cold water against his skin seemed calming.

“I know how you feel” surprised Nathaniel turns around and sees Carl behind him.

“What do you mean?” Nathaniel asks

“I see the way you look at Patrick and I know you like him. And I also know you’re hurt so let me help you. Let me heal your pain” Carl spoke.

Nathaniel stood in silence then asks “what could you possibly do to help me?”

“I can be your boyfriend” Carl replies 

“Excuse me?” 

“I mean as in a fake boyfriend. To make Patrick jealous” Carl says 

Nathaniel nodded his head in agreement and at that moment Patrick walks in.

“Nathan can we-“ he was cut off by the sight of Nathaniel and Carl together 

“What’s going on?” Patrick asks

“Fuck off” Carl says pulling Nathaniel by the arm “come on Babe”

Carl pushes Patrick to the side and walks out of the bathroom.

Patrick stands in shock. He couldn’t comprehend what had just happened. 

“We need to talk” Lui says walking into the bathroom.
