I don't know how else to imply that this scene was planned out since before chapter 2 happened. Oh, I know! I'll just write a scene about his FEELINGS! That's a neat trick.
I think we all really do get off on that good old fashioned normalcy. When I was growing up, I'm fairly sure everyone thought 'oh, you want to get your own cartoon made, right?' No, I love telling stories and all that, but I could never deal with being an actual leader, and if I wanted to make a cartoon so bad I'd be figuring out how to be a producer or something. I just want to be part of a team doing something I don't think is actively harming the world, man, that's really it. Put me in a community like I never had growing up the way normal folks did. I think I'm pretty bad at giving settings character because I never really lived someplace that made me think "This is home!" Blog over
