Rurima saw the death of Rare and she left her post to try and get to Rare and the other Pistols. But before she could get there, a beam of light hit the ground in front of the Pistols causing an explosion that sent them all flying away from Zollic's body. A woman came out of the sky, landing right next to Zollic. This woman was Lilith. Lilith grabbed Zollic. His body was cold, his eyes were open, and he had a smile on his face. Lilith called him a damn fool and said that even in the end he had that sinister smile on his face. Tears began to run down her face but Lilith wiped them away quickly. She had an evil look in her eyes, wanting revenge for the death of Zollic.
Meanwhile, Rurima got to the Pistols. Most of them were hurt. Rayne was crying that her big sister was dead. She knew that it wasn't the time to cry but she couldn't hold back her tears. Rurima tried to console Rayne as much as she could but with the arrival of another Evil Pistol,it was just going to get harder. Rurima wondered when the last Evil Pistol was going to show up. If they didn't show up, Rurima knew that she could go toe to toe with at least one and come out on top with the amount of magical energy she had saved up over the years. Rurima told them that this was a troubling time for everyone but they couldn't let the death of Rare get them down. This is a war and there would be casualties. It's just sad that it had to be one of them. Rurima held her hands out as two crossbows formed in them. Rurima told the Pistols to stay back and that she would handle the fighting. For now, they needed to gather all the strength they had left for the final fight. Rurima started to walk towards the woman who showed up and attacked them. She knew she was going up against another Evil Pistol.
Lilith saw Rurima walking up to her and she asked who she was and why she was getting in the way. Rurima introduced herself and said that she was the Grey Pistol in the last war and history wasn't going to repeat itself. Lilith got up and smiled, calling Rurima a relic of the past. What made her think that she could stand up to the almighty Orange Pistol? Rurima told Lilith that she might've been a relic but she was more than enough to take the almighty Orange Pistol down. Lilith's face changed as she got mad and she pulled out her pistol. It was different than the rest. It had a longer barrel and a sniper scope on it. Lilith jumped back, trying to get some distance from Rurima. Rurima had a smile on her face and told Lilith that if she wanted a long distance battle that was fine with her.
Lilith and Rurima started firing massive blasts at one another with the intention to kill each other. The battle was fierce and the back and forth action was impactful. The shots started to pick up and the two of them started to move around shooting shots that would curve, twist, and turn. They just barely whizzed by each of their faces. Rayne couldn't believe her eyes. She only heard stories about how good Rurima was from her father but seeing it in person was mind blowing. The others couldn't believe it either. The pace those two kept up was legendary in its own right.
The blasts stopped and Rurima was breathing a little heavy. Lilith told Rurima that she was good but it wasn't enough and it was time to end this little battle. Rurima told Lilith that she felt the same way. Lilith's gun started to charge up. She shot out two blasts that transformed into two energy-looking hawks. These two charged at Rurima at high speeds. Rurima shot them while running away to try and dodge them. Lilith laughed, also shooting out other blasts as well. Rayne thought this was cheating and wanted to go help Rurima but Godfrey told Rayne that Rurima told them to stay here and to believe in her. Rayne stopped and just watched, having faith in her teacher.
Rurima kept shooting the hawks, focusing all her shots on them while dodging everything else. The hawks flew faster. Rurima jumped behind a rock that was created from the chaos earlier. One of the hawks crashed into the rock, causing a huge explosion and burying her under the rubble. When Rurima came up, her arm was just hanging there. Rurima knew her arm was broken and that that was a worst case scenario. Lilith was laughing, telling Rurima that the hawks were honing in on her and they were going to chase her no matter where she went. She said it was clever to do what she did because if she didn't, her arm wasn't the only thing she would've lost. Rurima knew Lilith was right.
Just as that happened, however, the magical world of Edict started to ripple as a portal opened up. Out came Morgana, her Ying Yang eyes scanned the battlefield. She saw Zollic's dead body laying on the floor then she saw the Pistols with a dead body laying by them as well. Finally, she saw her sister in a battle against Rurima, the previous Pistol of Grey. Morgana descended down to the ground. She walked right up to Lilith and told her that she looked like hell and the time for child's play was over. Rurima knew that this was the most dangerous Pistol. She turned around running to the Pistols but was stopped by Morgana, who asked her where she was going.
Morgana went to grab Rurima but Rurima teleported away to the Pistols. She told them that that little girl was the one they should be most scared of and that she was going to send them away. She told them that everything would be explained when they got to where they were going. None of them wanted to leave but Rurima told them that they were the best students any teacher could have and it was their time to make this world a better place. Everyone knew Rurima was just going to sacrifice herself just like Sotto's father did. Rurima used her powers of teleportation and shot all the pistols away from the battlefield. Rurima turned around to see Morgana standing right in front of her. She shot a quick shot, grazing Morgana's cheek and splitting it open a little, causing her to bleed. Morgana wiped the blood away, shoving her hand into Rurima's chest before ripping out her heart. Rurima didn't even know her heart was out of her chest until she heard the thumping noises a heart made. Looking up, she saw Morgana holding her heart in her hand until the thumping noise stopped. As Rurima fell to the ground, she felt a tear fall down her face and she lied there, dying.
For years, the Great Pistol Wars have changed the fate of the magical world of Edict. The battle between the Rainbow Goddess's warriors (the Pistols) and the Dark Spirit's evil Pistols has tipped the scale between peace and chaos every 30 years. With the Fifth Great Pistol War approaching, it is up to the new Pistols, a group of teenagers led by an 11-year-old girl, to fight for the fate of the world. Can they bring peace back to Edict? Or will the Pistols fall victim to the Dark Spirit's warriors and bring another bout of chaos into the world?
