It has been some time dear friend. I apologize for my absence. You see, I have met a wonderful man. One that I believe any parent would aprove of. Though, the fact that I do not have to wait or have a need for said approval is quite exciting as well. He has the same affliction as I, sadly. However, it makes me feel less alone in this quiet place. He is such a handsome man... strong, tall, fair & smart. He's gone to school in a distant city, though I cannot remember for what; I was too busy staring at him while he spoke. If he noticed, he did not seem to mind. I cannot tell his class, but I feel as if it does not matter. I believe I have not only fallen in love, but dove in head first. His name is Bertrum, but he insisted I refer to him as Buddy. Yes, we spoke! He is just so charming! I cannot stop thinking about him! He makes my heart race... it's the first time I believe I've given a genuine smile since I've awoken. I have invited him over for tea later & he accepted! I hope he will be here soon.
