Anybody else feel this or is it just me? Also, quick disclaimer, the person who said this to me is genuinely SO nice, so this moment is an isolated incident. No shade to her! It was just funny, and I feel like really illustrates the disparity of feeling disconnected despite growing up immersed in a culture.
