Sweet baby was so lonely and suffering in silence, but even after everything she still doesn't want to be a bother or talk bad of someone friend 💔
And Ariadne is right, just because is your friend that doesn't mean you are on with the bad things they do. Even in that past scene, you can see that the others were tired of Aphrodite's petty bullshit. My heart is crying for Psyche, everything she had done, everything she had sacrificed, everything she had to endure and still it wasn't enough for her mother in law.
But that's the thing baby girl no matter how much you try, prideful people with their "hurt" massive egos NEVER compromise, there 3 ways to deal with these types of people when sadly are part of your family, that sadly I know for experience:
1.- You need to have something to keep them in line aka blackmail, can be a secret, not let them participate in family stuff, etc so they behave.
2.- Confront them, never give up on their egotistic demands, make them see you don't care anymore of making them angry, you are the boss, this is your house your rules, if they want to be selfish spoiled brats you treat them like such.
3.- Cut all communication, if it is too much, do it. They don't deserve to be in your life if all they do is bully and make you miserable.
I really really hope that Aphrodite behaves, but why do I fear that she's going to make a scene or be a passive aggressive bully that won't let the poor girl enjoy her party with her beloved husband? 😥
