Sorry for the late update, folks; quite a few things happened and because I'm a dumbass, I didn't realize I could post this info on my profile.
This was originally shared on Comic Fury.
First, I went to see a doctor; she left me with painkillers and muscle relaxants. I haven't taken them yet because...
Two, I got two out of four wisdom teeth removed. Here's what I said in Comic Fury:
"My goal for today was, truly, to upload three pages but holy fuck, I totally underestimated the experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed. In my case, it's not necessarily painful, but it's incredibly annoying and sadly for me, my dentist left me a cut on my lips which makes opening my mouth quite awful.
Anyway, at least, as I get back to normal, I'll use my recovery time to draw.
And now that I'm re-reading my planned pages, next update will definitely be the end of chapter 3! Again, I'm really excited, and I hope y'all enjoy the next chapter :)
Have an amazing day and see you later!"
So, yeah: I think that's it. Next time I'll share this type of info in a better way (whether here on Tapas or through other social media). I'm really thankful for your patience, and I hope y'all have a great week. See ya!
RELEVANT INFO: Irene's dad is from Chile (my country hehe) and the word that's cut out is "Conchatumare" (it has a lot of variations, though) and the equivalent in English would be "Motherfucker." Meanwhile, "pollito" is a term of affection: "Pollo" means chick and the suffix "ito" indicates something small. Thus, it would mean something along the lines of "Tiny/little/small chick." It's used very often in my family ^-^
Every year vampires get donated the minimum amount of blood they need to survive. However, on special occasions, families can spend a bit more to get a coveted privilege: The chance to drain the blood directly from a human.
The week before her birthday, all the planets aligned to make Irene's life miserable:From old wounds to fractured relationships and a rising need for blood, will fate let her enjoy this gift? Or is there something else waiting for her at the end?
