Let’s say close to  three weeks had passed since the mountain incident. While the day starts Nikki clocks into work at the Jumpstart , as Danni is at school, after an hour, Killian walks in alone in the Jumpstart. Glancing at Killian with sky blue eyes Nikki greets him, Killian nods with his hood up.

Nikki- “ Hey… where’ve you guys been?” 

Killian- “ Alex’s been working overtime at the theater..so I’ve been bringing him coffee.”

Nikki- “ For the play Heathers?”

Killian- “ probably..”

Nikki- “ Was Danni there?”

Killian- “ dunno..”

Nikki- “ If you see her could you text me?”

Killian- “ Sure, who’s she auditioning for?”

Nikki-” Veronica.” 

Killian- “ Cool.. so I, uh need the usual.”

Nikki- “ Okay” 

Putting the order on paper Nikki goes and gets the order ready, still putting two croissants into the bag. Handing Killian the bag and coffees he pays and leaves.

Maine Theater:

Alex-” This is all wrong!...” 

Letting out a tired sigh, Alex runs his hand through his hair as if it was ruined by the terrible auditions. Danni walks in immediately eyeing Alex who turns around making eye contact with Danni. Becoming chipper to see his friend Danni with eyes of a dim orange.

Alex-” Is that? Oh it is! Hello Danni!”

Walking over to Danni who shrinks from embarrassment after Alex had called out her name across the room.

Danni-” You don’t see anything.”

Alex- “ Don’t be so shy, come over here and talk with me, I’m just waiting for Killian to bring me my coffee.”

Danni- “ Good to know.”

Killian walks in the Theater, glancing over to Alex who waves him over.

Alex- “ Well speak of the devil, there he is.”

Danni- “ I think.. I’m going to throw up..”

Alex- “ Oh dear. Killian quickly, Danni isn’t well!”

Danni- “ No...no I don’t need any more people around me.”

Killian walks over to Alex, handing the coffees and the bag over. Not a bit of hesitation he turns to Danni, picking her up, carrying her over his shoulder towards where there’s not many people near a corner of the room.

Danni- “ Put me down… please.”

Killian- “ sorry.”

Danni-” It’s fine.”

Killian sets Danni down, sitting against the wall.

Alex- “ Are you nervous about the auditions?”

Danni- “ Not really, it’s just that when I know people around it makes me anxious.”

Alex- “Oh… I’m so sorry, but I work here and perform here.” 

Danni- “ I know.”

Killian takes out his phone and texts Nikki.

<Killian-“ Danni is here.”>

<Nikki-“ I just got off work, on my way.”>

Mumbling under his breath Alex glances over to Killian’s phone screen.

Killian-” I have a bad feeling.”

Danni-” What?”

Killian-” nothing….”

Alex takes Killian’s phone, smiling and seeing Nikki’s contact Killian takes his phone back, shoving it in his hoodie pocket.

Alex- “ Oh, your sister is coming over here.”

Danni-” Can’t do this, bye.”

As Danni gets up and starts walking away, leaving the theater, Killian takes out a small box pulling a cigarette and puts it in his mouth.

Killian- “ I actually gotta go too, I got work.”

Walking over to the doors Nikki arrives inside, dragging Danni back inside. Killian stands at the door a bit confused, watching the two twins enter.

Alex-”Nikki why are you dragging your sister?”

Nikki- “ I’m dragging her back in, so she can audition.”

Alex- “ Oh.. alright then.”

Nikki-” She can’t let nerves get to her .”

Killian raises a hand to tell Alex he’s off, Alex waves goodbye as Danni and Nikki give a bickering look at one another.

Danni- “ Everyone I know is going to judge me.”

Alex- “ No.. no one is going to judge you, just try your best.” 

Nikki-” No, no one is , and I'm your sister I’ve heard you sing before, and Alex is a professional and Killian just left so breath.”

Alex-”See things will go well.”

Taking deep breaths while Alex goes to start the auditions back up, Danni is finally called up to audition by singing one of the songs. Nikki shoves Danni towards the stage giving her encouragement. Alex looks up and smiles at her as Danni is handed a mic. Nikki cuffs her hands around her mouth, whispering just enough for Danni and Alex to hear.

Nikki- “ There you go ‘Dead Girl Walking.”

Alex-” Is that the song you are going to be singing?”

Danni- “ yeah..”

Auditions go on for another hour.

Danni goes and stands next to Nikki only to be still semi panicking but relieved she finished her audition. As the auditions stop briefly for the day, Alex goes up to the twins.

Nikki- “You did good.”

Alex-” You did very well.”

Danni’s eyes change to a green like color, but turns her attention elsewhere, changing the color of her eyes to a coral red, then back to green.

Alex-” Well now, since auditions are over, I am going to go over to Killian’s work, to see if he is done.”

Danni-” All right.” 

The twins head off from the theater going home, while Alex goes to Killian’s Dojo “Fukusū no doragon.”

       At The Dojo “ Fukusū no doragon.”

 Making his entrance into the Dojo, Alex smiles, then the smile drops a tad, seeing Killian flipping one of the students onto the matted floor, Killian stands straight as the student gets up..

Killian-” ...and that’s how you do a Koshi nage.”

Alex-” Killian! Why’d you do that to one of your students?!”

Killian-” what? he volunteered.”

Alex-”..O-oh……...” 

Killian- “ Just wait for a min, I’m almost done.”

After waiting for the students' parents to pick them up, Killian and Alex walk together home. Killian shuffles his feet in a small anxious manner, yet keeps pausing to his blue eyed friend who speaks about the apartment he found.
