Sitting at home after another long tiring and boring day, Danni sighs while fitling with her thumbs grabbing her sister Nikki's attention, who’s flipping through channels. 

Nikki- “What’s wrong?”

Danni-” I hate relationships..”

Nikki-” What??”

Danni-” I like someone, But I also saw someone at the Theater.”

Nikki- “Who do you know better?”

Danni-” The one who I like, not the one from the theater.”

Nikki-” Okay, why not the one you’ve known longer? Cause no offense you might not see the theater boy again.”

Danni-“ I need some air…..” 

Leaving the apartment she heads for a walk down the sidewalk into the downtown area. Alex and Killian are talking while walking alongside the street as noon turns to a dark night sky, both discussing the new house plan and then their day.

Killian-”so.. how’d the auditions go?”

Alex- “It was well, how was your class?”

Killian- “..eh.. a lot of them need more work….” 

Alex- “ I’m sure they will come around.”

Killian-” I guess...”

Alex- “ Oh I saw this young man audition for J.D. who was really good.”

Killian-” ..cool..”

Across the street Alex glances over and eyes Danni who walks on the sidewalk across to where they two walk.Waving at Danni Alex smiles, Danni waves back slowly. Justering for her to come over, Danni looks at them preferably eyeing Killian and runs off. Alex gives a blank dotted expression as Killian snuffs a small laugh at him, but knows Danni looked at him not Alex ... .why?

Killian-” guess she didn’t want to join.”

Alex-”Perhaps I embarrassed her?”

Killian-”maybe.”

They keep walking down the street towards an apartment building nearby ,between the dojo and theater, after some time Danni stops running and climbs up a tree nearest to her.

(new character). Jacob walks towards the tree to take a breather before heading home but notices something and looks up….

Jacob- “ … um .. What are you doing in the tree?”

Danni- “I’m hiding.” 

Jacob-” From?”

Danni-” Right now.. Life.”

Jacob- “ Oh.. um were you at that audition for Heathers?”

Danni- “ Uhh.. yeah for Veronica.”

Jacob- “ Oh cool , I was auditioning for J.D.”

Danni-”....... I’m Danni by the way..”

Jacob- “ I’m Jacob.”

Staring down at Jacob, Danni’s eyes fade to a coral red. Then suddenly a random rock has been thrown at Danni’s head.

Nikki-” YOU’VE BEEN GONE FOR TWO HOURS!!”

Danni-” And that’s my sister Nikki.” 

Jacob- “ Hi.. Nikki.” 

Nikki walks over to Jacob with fury in her step.

Nikki-” Who are you and why are you near my sister?”

Jacob-``Names Jacob and friendship?..”

Nikki-”Okay.”

Pulling Danni out of the tree Nikki drags her back towards home. Danni turns to wave bye to Jacob.

Danni-``Sorry.. Bye.”

At Danni’s and Nikki’s home.”

Nikki- “ I’ve been texting you , where have you been?”

Danni-” I went walking and lost track of time.”

Nikki-”Fine, but who was that?”

Danni-” That was Jacob, he was at the auditions, he auditioned for J.D.”

Nikki-” Oh Okay.”

Seemingly the night moves on; Nikki still gave Danni a lecture about not responding for so long while Alex stays at Killian’s place helping him cook. As for the new man, Jacob, he heads home to his roommate.
