Sorry for the long wait! I got a really bad case of the flu that kept me down & out for nearly a month!
Lachesis and Atropos came out with designs pretty much like what I was planning during the last comic. I decided to modify Atropos to being black, since the point of dreads in historical Europe is apparently a point of contention. Rather than deny the old artwork and remove Atropos' dreads but also not to risk perpetuating cultural appropriation (that was in the Renaissance those paintings were made, so whether or not they were cultural or not could be up for serious debate I don't want to get into), I decided the best route was to make Atropos black. Considering Greece was in trade routes with Africa anyway, it's not much of a stretch, and lets me bring some more diversity into the comic, which I like.
Also, she is totally a tragic romance shipper.
Lachesis, on the other hand, is just done with her nerding.
On another note, I'm modifying my art style a bit. I think my lines were too thick before, and they were detracting from the image.
The story of a little-known (but historical) Greek Goddess, an anti-villain protagonist and her adventures reaching across multiple pantheons, across countries, and beyond, that will shake not only her world, but yours.
