He's having so much anxiety over that, and honestly I get it :( Sam is being a dick rn, even if s3x "normal", it's also not normal to say things like that in front of family. This is coming from someone who makes an EXCESSIVE amount of inappropriate jokes: I wouldn't say something like that in front of my partners cousin's partner's sister even. There is a time and a place.
Also Shay just isn't comfy with that and that's ok, it's his boundry. Sam needs a dose of empathy.
