This is the first time made a Special Chapter instead of an Extra Chapter for my Novels, but this Chapter is for you who wants to know more about the world.
There's two Main Locations in this Novel, the Floating Country of Hellios and the Country Below the Floating Lands, Trashville.
Hellios is a medieval-futuristic-based utopian country where most of the Heroes and Villains live, the Country itself represents the future of humanity that already had mastered the use of their environments, primarily using sun energy as well as many other energies provided under the skies.
Speaking of the name, the name is 'Hellios' not 'Helios'.
For some reason, the creator of the country purposely made that or something.
But aside from that, the Hellios Country Energy Sources for their electricity are:
1) The Sunlight (Main power source)
2) The Moonlight (Secondary Main power Source)
3) The Wind Energy (Additional power source, only stored by the Governments as a backup, not used)
4) The Lightning Energy (Only used by those regions in the country who had their sunlight access blocked due to certain things like the Izuno Province)
Thus, the people of Hellios lived happily, or should they.
For despite their 'Utopian' condition, those from Hellios are still not in peace. For their life had been constantly intertwined between the battle of good and evil, as the Heroes and Villains fought each other every day like it's a daily basis.
Thus, with the very chaos, the Heroes HQ received many applicants from the people, from their Academies to their Agencies. Thus, the Hero Profession will always be booming as people demands more of them, wanting more endless supply of heroes to keep the country safe.
It was good at all, but still.
Those who were already done any crime in the country had also had another thought.
Unknown to the people and even the Country's Kingdom and Governmental Officials.
The Heroes HQ secretly recruits them, but for another purpose.
Recruiting the Criminals as Villains, they were all sent down to their prison in Trashville, a huge and hellish prison if you see it from outside but inside it, it was none other than the Nest for the Villains, thus the name [Villain's Nest].
Thus, the Villain is made operational to maintain the conflict, as the Heroes HQ gives the propaganda that the prison is highly maintain while the prisoners are shown rioting over their vanguards of their place, a stage scene, in order to make the people be more unnecessarily vigilant.
Speaking of Trashville, the place is not just for the recruited criminals, the place is also for people who were banished from Hellios, banished for whatever reasons as they were exiled in the land of evil, a land deprived from the sun and safety.
The only way for their survival is to survive by using any resources they could gathered and had to fought for it as they probably had to face the villains who goes around the place out of their Nest.
Okay, that's about the Place Settings, for the name of the world, if you ask if it's Earth or not, I will just say it's a no, or not quite for now.
Okay enough telling more of the world, now the Main Factions that exists, the Heroes and Villains.
The Heroes and Villains in this world are classified in Ranks, ranks that were determined by many factors, from how strong and powerful they are, from how wealthy and influential they are, or from how crazy or dangerous they are. This all applies to both factions.
Speaking of the Ranks.
Hero | Villains
F-D | Mean
C-B | Cruel
A | Danger
S | Disaster
This is just basic classification on how the Power Status are based but conditions may vary depend on the situations and opportunities.
Especially when the likes of Vengeance Hunter show up, he had can't be calculated for now.
Fun fact, there are some S-Ranks or Disaster-Threats that dies by an F/E-Rank or by the Mean-Threats who happened to defeat them by surprise. A not-so-funny-story that were often deleted from the media in both Hellios and Trashville.
Yeah, things might happen even though plots like that will rarely happen or perhaps will never happen unless it has something within it that made it happen.
Aside from the Status, despite the true currency of it are the Rarity or how Powerful the person's superpower abilities and weapons. Thing is that the true currency of things here is on how much people know about the person or perhaps how much they feared about them.
After that, aside from the world and the main conflicting factions, there's also the Hellios Kingdom who were the descendants of its Original Founder.
Despite the Heroes HQ having so much power in governing, the Kingdom still managed to stand on top of them as they are still seeing the Heroes unnecessary, deeming them just a bunch of attention grabbers, stealing the spotlight from the military even as they always interfered with their job.
Thus, they still try their best to defend themselves from the Heroes HQ's influence, but in the recent years, the Current No.1 Hero, Hellion.
Decides to propose and engage the current Princes of the Kingdom, Aria.
The engagement talks had been done for months as Hellion is still persuading the King to let him have his princess' hand as he tries to sway him that no harm will come to the Kingdom in his name.
Thus, the Heroes HQ current attention is to make themselves more capable at problem solving in order to promote Hellion. Still creating conflicts, yes, but also began to resolve it as quickly and better than before in order to make the King believe that Hellion and the Heroes are that worthy.
But all of it began to be threatened as 'Vengeance Hunter' appeared.
Before the death of Bludgeon and Sharp Edge, Vengeance Hunter did kill many Heroes and Villains before but most of it are overlooked, even missed as the once he killed were those on the low popularity or had their spotlight gone.
But Bludgeon and Sharp Edge, these two's death are on the different story. For despite them being replaceable in terms of power rank. The two of them are deeply related with two of the S-Ranks and not to mention, Hellion.
Thus, Hellion is on the fire to cover this unexpected variable, trying his best to make a story behind his sister's death while also using many people to hunt Vengeance Hunter in these dire times.
[Heroes HQ, Hellion's Chamber]
" Vengeance Hunter. " Hellion only wears his boxer as in his bed, lies asleep three women he accompanied while he looks on his huge window.
" You come at the right time to make yourself known, a smart move. "
" As I'm busy managing things, you made yourself untouchable by me as it will damage My work if I change my focus now. " Hellion says it.
" Hunting Heroes & Villains, huh? Fine! "
" If you want to hunt us, then we'll hunt your back. "
" All of Heroes and Villains in this country, even at Trashville. "
" I already made them know of you, using everything we know about you thanks to Mind Master thanks to his telepath. "
