No, please do not go to fisticuffs with the future Duke Carmine.  I appreciate the sentiment, but I fear for your health.  I'm not sure why he'd introduce himself in that way.  I expect he has a much dearer friend by now.  But my belief that he'll become the next duke is rooted firmly in his capabilities and not due to any familiarity with him.
