Irfan looks at a file before leaving the room, which reads "Ashu has been killed... and the murderer is Chandni," and Irfan thinks Rajat had said Chandni is innocent.

Irfan himself goes to Chandni to ask everything.

Scene changes and we see Irfan taking Chandni out of jail with him. Chandni looks at Irfan; he seems traumatized.

In a café, Irfan and Chandni are sitting while the police keep an eye on them.

Irfan orders two black coffees.

Irfan: How did it feel to kill Ashu?

(Chandni doesn't say anything upon hearing this. Then Irfan continues questioning about Ashu and says, "In the end, you brought her to this path and she died... Her brother never wanted this.")

Chandni remains silent, and after the coffee arrives, she remembers a flashback:

Zaki says smiling, "Chandni, take care of Ashu and keep her smiling." Then Chandni starts talking and says, "You must be thinking that I killed Ashu intentionally, right? But that's not true... I can say it a thousand times, but you only listen to those policemen whose eyes are covered. Here, I'm also grieving Ashu's death, just like you are. The scene changes, showing Zaki repeatedly watching a video of where Ashu's murder took place.
