Every day, people go missing in Purgatory. Official statements lay the blame on 'Supers', people who develop abilities to preform superhuman feats, labelling them a danger to society who must be controlled at all costs.
When a whistleblower attempts to tell the world that something far more sinister is happening, he mysteriously dies and is labelled public enemy number one by those he opposed.
Years later, someone (or something) starts attacking from the shadows, some believe it's vigilantes, fighting for Supers. Some believe it's another group to fear. One conspiracy theory podcast suggest it's the movements of a group run by a man long dead, getting his revenge.
