Henry got sad because he just got to know this about Ava.

Ava: It’s okay! It’s not like you don’t know me it’s just that this topic never came up between us.

Henry: But you know  everything about me and I didn't even know this much about your dating life. 

Ava: That’s because you tell me about yourself and I like to listen to you.

Henry was still upset so he asked further:

“So you basically like everyone regardless of their gender.”

Ava: Yeah I've had an experience with every type of guy and girl the cute ones, the big ones, the strong ones, you know the deal. I just gow with the flow.

Hearing this Henry wanted to ask Ava more about herslef. She was the silent type and did not talk much about herself. Henry only knew things about Ava what he could observe like her favourite type of food was something spicy, she liked fizzy drinks and she was the eldest sibling, other then things like these Ava would not talk about her feelings or her emotions, so Henry never asked too much questions, he thought that if he does that then maybe he would be stepping inside her boundaries. But tonight something was different, he was more brave under the influence of too much drinking, so he started to ask random questions which were always on the top of his head.

Henry: What do you think about love?

Ava: What????

Hnery: I said what do you think about love? do i seem stupid to you?

Ava: Why would you seem stupid?

Henry: You know my feelings about Liam, at this point i think everyone does but all this time i cant seem to let go of these feelings no matter how much i try, but slowly I am realizing that these feelings are going to go in vain. (Henry slowly puts his head down on the table because his head was getting heavy) I wish i could stop feeling about Liam the way I do. (henry mumbled under his breath)

Ava: Maybe you should try to look around and maybe you should try someone else. (ava was trying to pint to herslef)

Liam: Hi guys! What are you talking about? (Liam arrived)

Henry’s eyes lit up as he saw Liam. This made Ava heart ache but there was nothing she could do she wasn’t a bad person who would deprive someone of their love.

Two hours passed and for the past two hours everyone was swooning around Ava, this made Liam uncomfortable. He drank one glass after another while observing Ava being worshipped. It wasn’t like he was being ignored but he always had a weird inferiority complex. Liam went out saying that he had to smoke, Henry noticed him and followed. 

Liam was sitting outside in the corner like he was just a separate existence from this world. 

“Why am I not always enough? Why is she always one step ahead of me? She takes everything I want. If only I could have one thing that she wants.” 

These thoughts lurked Liam’s mind.

Henry: Liam, You okay??

Liam gaze shifted from sky to Henry. He watched him like a predator fixes his eyes on his prey. Henry was too innocent to translate Liam’s gaze into something dangerous. Liam stood up and grabbed Henry’s hand. Henry got scared.

Henry: What’s the matter Liam? Are you okay?

Liam: If you were to choose between me and her who would you choose?

Henry: What????

Henry looked at Liam with confusion. Liam began to cry. Henry never saw Liam like this, he didn’t know the reason for Liam’s grief but he wanted to comfort him, and so he hugged Liam and in the next moment before Henry could realize they both were kissing in an alley.
