The first day passed in trouble, that night Li Yun worked hard to make the fever-reducing water.

"Boil a handful of basil leaves in water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink the tea. Basil tea can help reduce fever and has antimicrobial properties. Be careful and don't burn yourself."

They had a thermos and used it to boil the medicine.

The next morning, the fever did reduce a lot but the two of them were weak.

"Alex, you take care of them, While others will look for food, and tokens and hunt some animals."

Kim Jae-In, Kim Woojin, and Si Xing were in one team, They decided to hunt animals.

Arial, Lin Xueyin, and Ayesha decided to look for food.

While Li Yun, Xie Zhili, and Su Mingji decided to look for more survival tokens.

They set 3 hours the time-limit for the morning and 5 hours for noon, A break in the middle, and rest at night until Lisa and Sarah recover.

And so they did what they could and made most of the time.

Li Yun and others did find the survival tokens. What's more, Li Yun knew how to use his innate talent more accurately.

He grabbed the survival token and could get a general reading of the other survival tokens.

"...Isn't this cheating?"

Su Mingji was a bit surprised. His talent was actually the most useless here, right? Should I sing a song and the siren talent can seduce the survival tokens?

As if. He rolled his eyes.

Li Yun patted his shoulder, everyone's field was different.

"No need to be so down. You have your expertise."

Hearing this was a bit relaxing.

After 3 hours they returned, the other two teams had already returned.

"Wow, so many tokens?!"

Si Xing and Arial jumped and looked at the 9 cards in Li Yun's hands.

"They might look a lot but they were all in the nearby area...if we need to find more, we have to move."

Li Yun said so and glanced at Lisa and Sara. The two had some color on their faces and looked a lot better. But rest was still needed.

Knowing that Li Yun was taking care of them, Lisa sat up with difficulty. She didn't want to be a burden on anyone especially if they were worrying about her. That was really pitiful.

"Brother Li, I know you care about us, But I am fine."

Li Yun wanted to say that he could wait till night but when he saw the determination in her eyes, he decided to respect the decision she made. Since it was her body, she knows it better than others. He can't just decide it for her.

"Alright. Let's move in 15 minutes guys, Eat and get going."

Kim Woojin was a bit surprised. Here he thought that Li Yun will try to dissuade Lisa and let her rest but it seems Su Mingji was right. Li Yun has the aura and personality but just needs experience. He didn't thrust his decisions on others when he knew that it could be better.

A trustworthy leader, Who listens to others.

After about 20 minutes, everyone ate and moved along the path and left the cave area. Coming out of the area, they found 2 more survival tokens one from a rabbit hole, another from bird's nest.

By the end of 2nd day they already had 11 survival tokens and Lisa and Sarah had recovered a lot.

Since they decided to sleep in the open they had to decide on who will take care of the night guard. So, it was time to check on their luck and see who was 'lucky' enough to not get a wink of sleep tonight.

"Pft-hahahaha, Brother Xie, Is this your lucky day?!"

"First that Mama title and now this!|

Si Xing and Alex laughed hard but Li Yun broke their fantasy with a smile.

"Afterall we need to look for clues tomorrow, everyone can't be tired or left out, We will divide into pairs and take turns."

And so Xie Zhili was with Alex and Si Xing for first 3 hours, Lin Xueyin, Kim Woojin, and Su Mingji for the middle 3 hours and Li Yun, Kim Jae-In and Xie Zhili for the last three hours.

The girls were left to rest and boys took turn, the worst that Xie Zhili had to take turns twice.

At night, Xie Zhili was surrounded by two idiots.

"Ah, So you played Mlbb? I also played it!"

"No way! Seriously? Man, I was mage and you?"

"Main Hyper, Side support. Well it happens that my weak spot was always mages."

"Oh, Mine favourite hero odetter. What's yours?"

"Really?! Lancelot Main!"

"We...we are couple!"

"Wife!"

"Oh Lancelot, Where are you my lancelot."

"haha, I am hero my dear."

Xie Zhili:..??

Why did they become a couple in a matter of minutes? And whose this lancelot? Feeling as if he couldn't sleep even if he wanted to, Xie Zhili simply took a support from the tree trunk and slept and let the two freaks talk the night.

What he didn't expect was no one was a light sleeper since they came to this infinite world and the two game idiots talked all night until dawn when everyone finally woke up.

Li Yun was stunned.

"Ah..Sorry guys, I forgot to wake up but you could have woken me up...what's going on?"

Su Mingji nodded.

"Nice question, Exactly what I want to know."

Lisa and the girls were actually a bit weird out...By last night, Alex and Si Xing weren't even that close and now they are calling each other...wife? lancelot? my dear?

"My dear, I also play with Gusion."

"Haha, Then my nana can pair up with you~"

"Wonderful idea, In this way we can kill our way to base."

"A floryn or estess will be our best partners."

"Aren't I enough for you?"

"Man, So jealous."

Si Xing laughed and Alex pouted.

Arial mumbled while looking at them.

"Two people with same positions can't be together, that's blasphemy~"

Because she was near her, Ayesha heard her and understood the deep meaning and chuckled.

"Worry not, I don't know why but they will soon know whom to call wife and husband, hehe."

Lisa looked at them and nodded.

"I await that day..."

The three looked at each other and giggled. A rotten girl is rotten to the core, no returns haha.

Sarah was stunned by their sudden laughter and even the boys looked back to see the matter but they shook their heads.

The morning of the 3rd day was hectic, first they couldn't find animals nearby to hunt and had to eat fruits to settle the breakfast and be on the road and find more survival tokens.

Alex suddenly said to them a while ago.

"I will lead the way today! I want to lead."

Others had no problem since the child wants to be brave let him be.

Alex, with his silver hair glinting in the patches of sunlight that managed to break through the canopy, led the way. His innocent baby face was lit with determination, sky-blue eyes scanning for any signs of tokens. Behind him, Li Yun, Su Mingji, Kim Woojin, Arial, Ayesha, Lisa, Si Xing, Lin Xueyin, Kim Jae-In and Xie Zhili followed.

“Keep an eye out, everyone. We don’t want any surprises,” Li Yun called out, his deep blue eyes focused and calculating. His black shoulder-length hair was tied back, keeping it out of his face as he moved.

“Yeah, yeah, Captain Obvious,” Alex replied with a smirk. “Let’s just find these tokens and get the hell out of here.”

Ayesha chuckled, her black eyes twinkling with amusement. “You’re just mad because you haven’t found any tokens yet.”

“Hey, I found that one by the waterfall!” Alex protested, his face flushed.

“That was yesterday,” Lisa pointed out, her silver hair shimmering. “Try to keep up.”

As the group pushed through a particularly thick patch of underbrush, Alex suddenly stopped. “Guys, I think I see something up ahead!” he shouted, running forward eagerly.

“Alex, wait! Don’t rush ahead!” Arial warned, her golden eyes narrowing as she tried to keep up.

But it was too late. With a yelp, Alex disappeared from sight. The group rushed forward, only to find him struggling waist-deep in a patch of quicksand.

“Help! This stuff is pulling me under!” Alex cried, his face a mix of panic and embarrassment.

“Great. Just great,” Kim Woojin muttered, his serious face even more grim.

“Of course he’d find the quicksand.”

Before anyone could react, Si Xing, with his innocent face and short black hair, stepped too close to the edge. The ground gave way, and he tumbled in beside Alex.

“Damn it, Si Xing!” Su Mingji exclaimed, his brown eyes wide with shock. “Now we have two idiots to rescue!”

Li Yun immediately went into action.

“Stay calm! Panicking will only make it worse,” he shouted. “We need to distribute our weight and pull them out slowly.”

“Easier said than done,” Lin Xueyin muttered, his gentle face showing concern. “What do we use?”

“Use the vines!” Li Yun instructed. “Ayesha, can you spot any strong ones with your Arcane Eyes?”

Ayesha nodded and scanned the trees. “There! Those thick vines should do. Lisa, help me pull them down.”

As Ayesha and Lisa worked to gather the vines, Xie Zhili used his Positron Master talent to shift the ground subtly, ensuring it didn’t collapse further.

“This is so embarrassing,” Alex muttered, trying to stay still.

“Tell me about it,” Si Xing replied, his grey eyes wide with fear. “I didn’t even do anything, and I’m stuck here too!”

“Don’t move too much,” Li Yun advised, his voice calm. “We’ve got you.”

“Got the vines!” Ayesha called out, tossing them to Li Yun.

“Good. Now, everyone grab hold and pull gently. We need to do this slowly,” Li Yun said, tying the vines around Alex and Si Xing.

They formed a line, each person gripping the vine tightly. “On three,” Li Yun said. “One, two, three!”

The group pulled in unison, their combined strength gradually lifting Alex and Si Xing from the quicksand’s grasp.

“Almost there!” Li Yun encouraged, beads of sweat forming on his forehead.

With one final heave, Alex and Si Xing were pulled free and dragged to solid ground. They both lay there, gasping for breath, covered in mud.

“That was way too close,” Alex panted, his sky-blue eyes wide with relief.

“No shit,” Si Xing muttered, wiping his face with a shaky hand.

“Next time, listen when we tell you to slow down,” Arial scolded, her wild beauty framed by her blonde wavy hair.

“Yeah, yeah. Lesson learned,” Alex grumbled, sitting up. “Thanks for the save, guys.”

“Don’t mention it,” Kim Woojin said, a rare smile breaking through his serious demeanor. “Just try not to get us all killed, okay?”

As they sat recovering, Lisa laughed, a melodious sound that broke the tension. “Well, at least we know who to blame for our next near-death experience.”

“Very funny,” Alex said, rolling his eyes. “I’ll be more careful, I promise.”

“Good,” Li Yun said, clapping him on the back. “Now, let’s keep moving. We still have tokens to find.”

“Hey, Li Yun,” Alex called out as they walked. “What’s the plan if we run into a dragon or something?”

Li Yun smirked. “Simple. Run faster than you.”

The group burst into laughter, the sound echoing through the trees. Despite the dangers of the forest, they knew they could rely on each other, and that made all the difference.

“Just don’t trip into any more quicksand, okay?” Su Mingji teased, his brown eyes sparkling with amusement.

“Deal,” Alex said with a grin. “But if I do, at least I know you guys have my back.”

“Always,” Li Yun replied, his deep blue eyes shining with determination. “Now, let’s go find those tokens.”

By the end of day three they only found 8 more tokens and it was 19 in total now. They had 4 days left and 31 tokens to find.

And that night it was Su Mingji and Kim Woojin who were war strategist who talked all night long and poor Xie Zhili who was stuck with freaks again...
