So, not *too* much to say about this one, other than that the scene that came to me as it popped into my head was.. particularly vivid. I actually wrote down the dialogue well in advance before actually creating the artwork, unlike with the previous strip, where the dialogue was mostly added as an afterthought.
On the one hand, I'm kind of torn about the artwork here. I think that with such an amazing angle, it's kind of sad not to really pull out all the stops with shading and highlights and atmospherics and stuff. On the other hand, however, if I keep doing that with each and every page, I'll never get this strip off the ground. <_<;;
I don't know. I think I'm starting feel a little bit constrained by these one shot panels. Maybe it's time I tried something a bit more advanced? What do you think? :3
By the way, they absolutely DO NOT beat Sara to top. :3
Basically, I get the hang of making a webcomic by doing short gag pages with my characters until I feel comfortable telling a longer, more serious story with them. :3
