"Okay everyone, let's all calm down and think," Jessie saw how confused and scared the others were becoming, herself included. "Y-Yeah...Yeah, let's just try to think," Calum added, continuing to pace through the halls. The heavy rains slowly stopped falling, though you could still hear occasional roars of thunder and lightning momentarily illuminating the pitch-dark night. "Let's split up and look for clues. That way, we might be able to understand all of...this" Jessie continued. "Hello No! There 'ain't no way we're splitting up! Don't you know that's how every horror show starts before they all die!?" Jared burst out, objecting to the plan, "And besides, what about Mols? We can't let her wander through this house of horrors alone. She's already terrified enough as it is." Mollie was touched, but she didn't want to be the weak link in their group. "I don't mind...um...going a-alone" She mustered what little strength she had to say those few words, even if that meant they'd let her go solo. Calum and Jessie exchanged looks. "If you two wanted, you could stay together and keep an eye out for each other. Something doesn't seem right here so you better be on guard at all times," Calum stated. "He's right. And here," Jessie interjected. She had vanished upstairs for a brief moment and returned with 4 flashlights. She gave each person one and they each wen in their own separate ways. Jared and Mollie investigated outside the cabin while Calum and Jessie searched around the inside. The night continued to stretch o for what seemed like an eternity, and whatever secrets behind the cabin were about to be uncovered, whether for the better, or worse.....
