Lita, a mermaid, has been forced into life as a police officer and because of that is really overworked. She longs for the day she will quit, especially since her job consists less of upholding the law, and more of terrorizing and falsely arresting sirens. One day she hears on the news about a shipwreck and decides to check it out, and after that her life changes forever.
