I heard the nick-name "grumpy man whisperer" from one of my favourite podcasts "What Should I Read Next?". Anne Bogel's guest Erin Fagan, an airline pilot, is a self-proclaimed "grumpy man whisperer" when dealing with her male colleagues. (Ep 319 if you want to do a deep dive!)
