Bailey nervously wore his black pants and a white shirt followed by his black jacket and shoes. Since he was formally going to meet Alpha Kairos, he had to look presentable. Although he could care less about his attire, he was, in the end, a representation of his pack. He could not make a joke of himself by dressing up like a weirdo

"Are you sure that you don't want to wear what I chose?" his aunt complained. Bailey paused in hesitation before shaking his head 

"Aww, but why? You'll look pretty in what I chose!" she exclaimed.

"Pretty? He'll look like a ten-year-old. If that alpha chooses him because of the fluffy bunny shirt you picked, then he's a pedophile! He should wear what I bought!" Marc interjected.

"Honey, I hate to break it to you, but not everyone is like you! Jack and I chose you and fell in love with you even though you looked like a hooker craving for sex. But don't dirty our baby's image, okay? Don't get me wrong, the cheap whore look suits you, just not Bailey!" Lilian exclaimed, and Marc gasped.

"Lily, that was so sweet of you! Thank you, that's why I love you!" he exclaimed sweetly, and Lily hugged her pretty, shorter mate.

"Aww, no problem, sweetie! After all, you look prettier in those indecent clothes of yours," she cooed.

"I'm honestly the only normal one here," Jack, the alpha, sighed, referring to his two weird mates.

Since both Lilian and he were alphas, they wanted an omega and fell in love with the not-so-innocent little omega who gave Jack a lap dance at their first meeting.

God knows how their pretty little slutty mate managed to remain an unmated virgin.

As for Lilian, Jack initially thought that she was a sweet lady alpha. Jack wasn't going to admit it, but he's more scared of her than anyone else.

Their Lilian was a sweet lover but... well, 'crazy bitch' would be the right term to describe her.

Hell, if Jack called her a bitch in her face, she'd thank him, but depending on her mood, there's a high chance she'd take it wrong and make him suck her toes...

"Lili, he's making that face again!" Marc exclaimed with a giggle, and Lili smirked.

"What face?" Bailey asked curiously.

"The face he makes when he probably insulted Lili in his head," Marc exclaimed, and Bailey laughed.

"Uncle, did you probably describe Auntie as a crazy bitch again?" Bailey asked, and Jack sighed while the three others laughed, knowing Bailey hit the nail on the head.

"Let's not talk about it. Before we go, there's one thing I want to say. Bailey should absolutely not hide himself! If he accidentally gets switched with Nameless, so be it. If he's still himself but gets pissed off, that's fine. I raised you better than being a coward, okay Bailey? We know you're sweet, but we know you can be meaner than any of us, even without Nameless. So, just be yourself. There's no point in winning someone's affection by cheating. I know you like Alpha Kairos, but if they're searching for an omega to be a pretty doll or something, I'll personally withdraw our proposal. We might not be as powerful as Alpha Kairos' pack, but we aren't weak either," his uncle said, and Bailey nodded.

"Okay, Uncle! If Alpha Kairos doesn't want me, I'm not going to beg and cry over him. I have my dignity!" Bailey promised.

'Oof, my little flower is acting like a baby lion! You tell them, sweetie,' Nameless cooed, and Bailey frowned in irritation.

"Nameless!" he scowled.

'Sorry, little flower! Now, now, we practiced, didn't we? I'll count to three: one, two, three—'

"Calm down," Bailey whispered softly, taking a deep breath before looking at his proud 'parents.' Altough it was not that difficult to control Nameless, sometimes, his emotions get amplified by his irritation. Nameless purposedly teases and irritates Bailey. The more he loses control now, the easier it will be for him to handle his emotions in the future. His uncles and aunts also knew the reason for his chnage in emotions. They tend to baby him because Nameless once had a talk with them. The wolf said that Bailey would often need a safe space. Because he did not receive any love in the past, a little part of him wished to receive proper care which the pack could provide.

"You don't have to worry anymore! I can control myself way better than before!" Bailey replied, proud with himself. In the past, he often got hurt trying to control his emotions but with Nameless constantly trying to trigger him and with his family's support, he was getting used to the situation.

"Alpha, are you sure that you want Bailey to mate with the alpha? You know... he's rumored to have a demon wolf, right?" a pack member asked, concerned for their little omega, and the alpha tensed.

"A demon wolf?" Bailey asked in confusion.

"The assumptions are just rumors anyway," his uncle said, and Bailey nodded.

'Hmm, demon wolf, huh?' Nameless said.

'How did that rumor even start?' Bailey asked curiously, and Nameless snorted.

'Probably because he has killed since a very young age. At 15, he destroyed many rogues by himself. He also stepped in as an alpha when he was 17! The rumors started when the demon wolf somehow escaped from his prison. Since the demon wolf is really strong and so is Alpha Kairos, people automatically believes that he has a demon wolf,' Nameless explained.

'Oo, how scary, a demon wolf! I bet the wolf must be urging him to kill everyone on earth,' Bailey joked, making his wolf snicker.

'Sure, little flower, sure! What will you do if he indeed has the demon wolf?' his wolf asked, and Bailey pondered for a while.

'Hmm... I don't know, I never really thought about it. Besides, I don't believe in such stories. I don't really think that the big bad demon wolf is actually mean! He was probably lonely and was automatically labeled as bad by people,' Bailey replied with a knowing smile making the wolf wag his tail in happiness.

'My sweet little flower, you're so cute! I doubt the big bad demon wolf is lonely anymore,' Nameless cooed, and Bailey shrugged , amused at the wolf's words.

'Who knows... only the demon wolf himself can answer us..too bad, we will neverrrrrr know,' Bailey replied.

"Um... I'm sorry to disturb you... but you do realize that while talking to your wolf, the world doesn't freeze, right? People can see you, and you look like a character that's lagging in a video game," his uncle Marc exclaimed, and Bailey rubbed his head in embarrassment.

Bailey stared at the huge pack in bewilderment, amazed at how many people there were. He was holding his uncle's hand with four pack warriors behind them. They didn't bring too many people with them, but the soldiers they brought were good enough to protect them.

"It's so pretty! The atmosphere is lively too!" Bailey exclaimed in awe, ignoring people staring at him. The pack was well decorated with flowers blooming everywhere. There were food stalls set up around the place with colourful lights. People were eating while children played all around the places. There were also pack warriors on stand by.

"Another omega? Tsk, they never learn."

"Look at how he's dressed! He'll probably get rejected too—"

'Little omega, my sweet little flower, calm down,' Nameless said softly, but Bailey did not pay any attention to them

'Nameless, I'm not that weak, you know? I'm really sensitive when people from my pack insult me because they're my family. I don't want to be scolded or looked down by my own family. This pack isn't mine yet, so, their harsh words don't affect me. It's like an annoying bug flying around. I don't take strangers seriously!' Bailey explained calmly, turning red when he could see Nameless stare at him with loved filled eyes.

'My little flower, I love you so much! You have no idea how much I love you,' The wolf couldn't resist exclaiming, and Bailey smiled.

'I love you too! No one can take your place in my heart! Probably not even my mate,' Bailey replied, making the wolf purr in approval

Nameless indeed loved his little human. The latter was just too cute, and Nameless couldn't help but adore him! The wolf's love for the little human was the purest feeling the world has ever known.

"Are you scared?" Jack intterupted

"Not really! Its's probably just anticipation.What will happen, will happen! If he rejects me, too bad for him!" Bailey said arrogantly, and Jack laughed, patting Bailey's head.

Their Bailey was indeed proud and arrogant! 

"Alpha Jack, welcome to our pack. I hope you didn't face any trouble. Let me introduce myself; I'm Lake, the pack's beta," a man with black hair said.

"What a nice welcome," the alpha mocked in disdain and although Bailey agreed with his behaviour, he had to pretend otherwise.

"Uncle, be nice. You cannot expect a huge pack like theirs to take us seriously! It's the law of the world" Bailey said gently and Jack nearly snickered while the pack's beta felt quite amused at his words.

"Hello! My name is Bailey! Thank you for receiving us warmly. We didn't face any trouble! May I just add, this pack is very lovely!" Bailey said politely, and Lake smiled, ignoring the sarcasm dripping from his tone.

"I am glad you think so. Just between you and me, I also think this pack is lovely" The beta whispered and Bailey laughed lightly

He then continued, "I would have loved to make you visit around the place but unfortunately, the alpha is waiting for you in his office"

"I don't mind! Just a quick question, what is the alpha like? I heard that he rejected everyone... like literally everyone!" Bailey exclaimed in a gossipy tone that made Lake shrug helplessly

"Honestly, I want to smack some sense into him, but since he is the alpha, it would be considered as betrayal," the beta replied in defeat, and Bailey sighed, shaking his head.

"Alphas, I tell you! They just do whatever they want!" Bailey retorted, completely understanding the emotions of the beta.

"Hey everyone, in case you forgot, an alpha is here!" Jack said, referring to himself, and Bailey glared at him.

"You're the one I'm targeting in the first place," Bailey replied, making Jack frown.

"What did I do?" he asked in confusion.

"You ate my cake! Auntie made it for me, but you used the alpha card to get away with it," Bailey complained, and Jack laughed. Although it was just a cake....it was HIS!!!

"Oh that! Sorry, little omega," he apologized.

"Should I forgive him?" Bailey asked to Lake who grinned

"I don't think you should!" Lake teased, making Bailey nod in approval.

Bailey was only playing around, not expecting the beta to go along with him.

"I like you!" Bailey said sincerly, and Lake patted his head.

Of all the omega he met so far, Lake felt an instant connection with Bailey. Not only was he gentle and cute, he was also lively and seemed intelligent. Even when complaining about the plain welcome from earlier, Bailey did not step over his limit nor was he rude. He sincerely hope for the alpha to not make this one run away either!
