I can't stop playing bottom tiers

Tier lists… gamers obsess over these for some reason. Unlike most people who play high tiers to get a better chance at winning, my client Sophia seems to gravitate towards the lower tiered characters. I wonder why that is? Her client notes say low confidence… could they be related somehow? Well, whatever the reason, let’s hear her out and see what I can help her with.
