"Nameless look, little butterfly!" Bailey exclaimed, pointing to the pretty insect with orange wings flying around

'Hmm, should I eat it, little flower?' Nameless asked

"Absolutely not! Stop teasing me like a little kid!" Bailey exclaimed, putting his feet in the cold water. He was currently sitting in the forest, dipping his feet into the clear , cold water. It was currently summer and the water felt really good. He was so deep into conversation with his wolf that he did not notice the presence of another,

"Well well, what do we have here?" A deep voice said and Bailey quickly turned around to see Alpha Kairos. The latter was leaning against tree, a stupid smirk on his lips making Bailey want to cringe

"Ew,seems like we have stray dog roaming around. What are you doing here!?" Bailey questioned and Kairos felt his eyes twicth at the insult

As much as the little omega was omega, his words were like a sharp knife stab in the heart!!

"Just passing by! Do I need your permission to enter a public property, accessible to everyone, might I add?" He replied and Bailey narrowed his eyes, turning his head around to ignore the alpha. 

"Are you ignoring me?" He heard Kairos ask making Bailey roll his eyes

"I am not keen in conversing with a brute" Bailey replied politely making Kairos wince, knowing that he definetely isn't leaving a good impression. So, he decided to shut his mouth and think of a way to appease the omega

"Look at this little cutie! Where's your mommy, little guy?" Kairos suddenly cooed and Bailey turned around to see a shirtless Kairos hold a cute baby bunny in his arms

"You're such a pretty boy! Look at those ears!" Kairos whispered in a sofy tone making Bailey's heart pound heavily

A strong man holding a harmless and fragile animal was such an attractive contrast!

"Didn't your mother tell you to not stare at people?" Kairos teased when he felt the omega's heated gaze on him.

"No! My mother told me to stare at people because I can enchant them with a single look!" Bailey replied back, remembering what Lili always tell him

Kairos suddenly let out a choked laugh at the sudden answer

He placed the bunny down and started removing his pants making Bailey squeak, covering his eyes

"What are you doing!?" He yelled in embarrassment, his hand still covering his eyes. He could hear the water make a loud sound and when he didn't hear an answer, he frowned

Has he left?

Just as he was about to remove his hand, he felt someone tickle his foot which was underwater. This made him squeak in fright, pulling his legs away from the water.

He angrily glared at a laughing Kairos who was clucthing his hips in laughter

"Alpha Kairos! You're such a vile and mean alpha! You shoud learn how to be a proper gentlement. I can confirm the theory of your hand being your only companion!!" Bailey exclaimed in irritation, quickly putting on his shoes 

He mumbled things under his breath and left the forest, complaining to Nameless who could only sigh in dissapointment

'Good job, you pissed him off even more' The annoyed voice of Nameless growled in his head as Kairos swam in the river

Kairos sighed, letting out a small chuckle 

'I know. He's just too cute! Do ypu witness such cuteness everyday? I'm jealous of you' Kairos questioned

'He's even cuter when you shower him with affection but you wouldn't know that since you're too busy pissing him off' Nameless mocked 

"I know...I'll try to win his love, I promise! Just make sure that you scare away any potential threats!" Kairos ordered

'Hmm, not if I find someone better for my little flower' Nameless replied

"Traitor" Kairos mumbled under his breath and Nameless snorted

'You know, next week is his aunt's birthday. I know many people who are interested in my little flower so...be prepared, alpha Kairos! If my baby tells me that he's happy with someone else, goodbye' Nameless said coldly before cutting off their link

Kairos just pursed his lips in annoyance

"Woah handsome, where are you going dressed like that?" Lake asked in shock.

"Sexy, aren't I?" Kairos boasted and Lake nodded. He was impressed at how nice the alpha looked, considering that he doesn't seem to know about proper grooming.

"Very! Where are you going like that?" He asked in curiosity

What kind of event could make an arrogant alpha like him get dressed up?

"Not me, we!" Kairos corrected and Lake sighed in pity

"Listen Kairos, I know that you're lonely....but, I've never seen you in that way! I can't date you, I'm sorry" Lake confessed with a fake sigh and Kairos rolled his eyes

"Ugh stupid, we're attending the birthday party of Alpha Jack's wife" Kairos replied

"Oh! I'm surprised that we even got an invitation" Lake mocked

"Yeah, I am too" Kairos replied, equally amazed as he combed his hair neatly

"Hurry and get ready, we're leaving in 15 minutes"

"Tsk, I always know things at the last minute" Lake mumbled in annoyance

After getting ready, the two left and an hour later, they reached Redmoon pack

"Welcome to our pack, Alpha Kairos, beta Lake. We hope you have a nice evening" Alpha Jack said politely and Kairos nodded

"Thank you alpha Jack, I'm grateful that we even got an invitation" Kairos joked and the alpha sighed helplessly

"Let's just say, a certain wolf convinced me to do so. Goodluck alpha Kairos, our Bailey isn't as easy to please as you think. Our little baby is so loving but we know better to not piss him off" The alpha replied with a moking glint in his eyes making Kairos shiver

All because he looks pretty when he's pissed!

Kairos thought in annoyance, regretting his attitude

As soon as he entered the pack filled with alphas, his eyes searched for his cute little omega but, he was nowhere to be found

Instead, he immediately noticed numerous eyes on him

People were already approaching him; Some were flirting pathetically, while others were trying to get on his good side. 

All they did was piss him off

After an hour of being caught by them, he finally escaped the swarm of people

"Alpha kairos, you're here too, I see! I'm sure that you're here for the same reason as we are" The unmated alpha of Blackmore pack teased and Kairos frowned

What was this dude on?? Drugs? 

"And the reason is...?" He asked

"The pretty omega, of course!" Another beta chimed in

"Yeah! I so wanna fuck that omega and make it mine!" someone else exclaimed and Kairos could feel his blood boil

It?

Did he just call a person 'it?', not only a person but, his Bailey!?

"Yeah! He's looking so sexy, showing that delicious thigh of his in the dress he is wearing! It's like he is asking for it" The alpha of Blackmore pack exclaimed and Kairos clenched his fist

That's what Nameless meant when he said that there were many wolves interested in Bailey?

"How dare you talk about Bailey like that?" He asked coldly

"Bailey? We're talking about North, the second omega of the pack! Tsk, no one want that pathetic ugly bitch. Have you seen him? He's trying hard to be so tough when he's just a fucking wimp! He has so many disgusting scars and his belly stick out like a pig" Alpha Cameron sneered and Kairos immediately strangled his throat, his canines coming out. His veins started becoming visible from the grip he had. He was so angry that he could not control his wolf who was equally pissed that someone disrespected his mate.

"Don't you dare say one more word, got it? Bailey is the prettiest omega I've ever seen in my life and no one can talk shit about him, got it? You should look at your own disgusting self in the mirror first!" He said coldly before tossing him on the ground by the throat. 

The alpha starting coughing loudly, holding his throat as he tried to gasp. He could barely breath and felt neauseous. By now, everyone was watching them in fright. They were curious to know the reason of the fight and somehow understood .

Kairos did not stop at that. He lifted his foot and stomped on his stomach. he then crushed the alpha's hand with his shoes earning a loud cry if pain

Kairos chuckled darkly, looking down at the alpha who was rolling on the ground like a vermin.

"Tsk, such a pathetic wimp! I wouldn't be surprised if an omega is stronger than your weak ass! I dare you to start a war against my pack, I'll crush you without even needing my wolf" Kairos promised darkly before smiling gently, readjusting his collar

He straightened his hair and looked around politely.

"Hehe, sorry about that! You guys can return to what you were doing, I've already sorted our disagreements! It's just a normal fight between alphas! Redmoon pack has nothing to do with it. We're okay now, right alpha Cameron?" Kairos said, giving a hand to the alpha who was lying on the ground, staring at him in fear

"I said... We're okay, right, Alpha Cameron?" Kairos asked darkly, and the alpha immediately nodded, taking his hand. Kairos pulled the alpha up and patted his chest to remove the dirt on his clothes

"Glad that we're okay! If you would please excuse me, I'm going to eat!" Kairos exclaimed as if he didn't nearly kill Cameron before walking towards the open buffet

He sighed tiredly, humming to himself to calm his head

Someone gave him a light tap on the back and when he turned around, he paused at the sight of his pretty omega wearing a suit.

So fucking cute!

He thought as the blushing omega bit his lips

"U-um, T-Thank you for earlier... I heard what they said and I'm glad that you took my side" Bailey stuttered shyly, looking down before quickly walking away

Kairos followed his beautiful omega with his eyes, his heart beating faster

".... Shit, he's cuter this way" Kairos cursed, groaning loudly before pulling on his hair

"That's cheating! I didn't know how adorable he looks like, so lovely!" Kairos complained to himself, hearing a snort in his head
