Dasha is a plague-wing, born cursed and outcast. She and her friends live on the fringes of society, doing the dangerous jobs no one else wants. But an encounter with monsters and a mage may send them all spiraling down a path of intrigue and old magic that none of them could have expected, if only they have the strength to walk it, and the wits to survive it.

Also, they appear to be responsible for a random child now, and Dasha's gained a supernatural sixth sense. What even *is* her life anymore?
