     Ajax crawled with every strength he could draw out from within. His fingers were torn up and bleeding, he had just crossed halfway to the plant of healing.

    To increase his speed he did the unthinkable — he severed his body from his legs. It was much easier than he thought since his spine had been removed, applying enough pressure was enough to sever his body.

     The zeal to live pushed him to the max, who would have thought a slacker like him could carry such a strong will.

     The skin on his bled blood, a trail of blood came out from him in great quantity. In addition to losing a lot of blood his body was starting to fail him.

     "Acck!" He grunted as one of his fingers broke.

     The plant was much closer than before and the timer...

     Ajax closes his eyes and warm tears rolled down his face, he did not know when he started crying. His heart felt heavy, he had done it.

     Ajax woke up from what might have been the most comfortable sleep of in his whole life. The light from the window almost blinded him, his view of the world changed in that instant. It was evident that he was still in the hospital.

     Eager to check the results of the system he analyzed his body. His hand was back, so was his spine, his body had never felt more freer than it was at the moment— all the implant seemed to have fallen off him.

     "WHOOOOOHOOOO!!" He screamed for joy.

     His face met with the floor, "Huh?" He pushed his self up and held his cheek. "Since when was my body so light?"

     He felt something was slipping his mind.

     Ajax looked at the system with twitching eyes. "M-- me, be a hunter?" He clapped his hands together and said. "Sorry, I am not ready to die just yet. Look where being a VTuber got me."

     "Now that I think about it, since I was the only VTuber that survived and streamed the whole thing my subscribers must have skyrocketed, then that mean I made a fortune."

     Ajax found his belongings in a closet there and quickly changed as fast as he could. He checked his phone, it was still good and barely charged. He checked out his information and something caught his eyes midway through— "What the...!?"

     He raced for the door but stopped himself as he reached the door. "No, since they did not unlock my phone they don't know who I am."

     He turned and walked to the window and looked down, it was two stories up. "If I go through the door they are so gonna bill me and this place looks expensive. It's best if I scale my way down and run for my life. Luxury is for the reach and I for one don't want that."

     Ajax proceeded with his plan, it was going to be the start of his journey.

     "Doctor the patient is running away!" Screamed a nurse that happened to come in at the time.
