Be careful even apartments with stuff included can be robbery. When my boyfriend and I moved into our apartment we started with decent payments( we have heat and water included) and now we pay $680 because the buildings under ~new management. and we are trying to move ASAP before they charge us another 50 for not re-signing a lease. Try and research who owns the place. And good luck :D
