The team of Nia,Cody and Dzzy zipped around the empty street as they got in position to attack the massive glass covered lion. Andre watched on in shock; he knew that the three were moving fast, but he was somehow able to follow along visually by the side of Leon in the middle of the building's parking lot. The monster raged out and swiftly swiped its massive paw at the side of the building to hit Cody, who was standing on a window seal. "Oh, it's like a bigger you, Dexy-poo," Cody says, teasing his side spirit as he leaps quickly out of the way of the attack with ease "Mrow." The black cat responds to what he finds to be an insult before its body contorts and stretches into a spear "What the...?" Andre says, watching on "Pierce Brush," Cody said before grabbing the spear and pushing it into the top of the enormous meaty thigh of the beast's hind leg before sliding down the creature's thigh, leaving a deep cut running down the entire thigh as pitch black mist spilled. The beast roars in a tremendous amount of pain that shakes the surrounding buildings as it leans to its right  on the un-injured legs "To give a quick rundown, we Spirit Hunters are awakened to our Flora once the Lady of the Garden finds us and reveals who our Side Spirits are to us, by identifying that rather than our souls sharing the shape of our bodies its that of a flower, " he says, flicking his mermaid designed lighter open. "This blesses us with superhuman agility, strength, and stamina but most importantly it provides you with your Side Spirit a being made up of your Flora  has  embeded within it a  item that allow for specfic abillties like Dex having shapeshifting due to being embeded with paint in its very being." Meanwhile the two hear a loud impact the giant glass-covered beast had been hit hard. Nia threw another needle produced by her purple owls and created a second exploding impact. "We should try to deliver a good enough hit to its legs to knock it over" Nia said to Cody and Dzzy with a focused stoic stare at the beast Leon and Andre Look in awe at Nia's careful balance of hard hitting attacks yet measured planning "You've got it." Cody responds in response said moving in swiftly "I'm on it, boss," Dzzy says in a cheery tone coming from the  "Nia's owl Amethyst produces extremely durable needles she can manipulate, and can cause a second impact after contact" Leon explains "I see that's amazing, and she's so locked in its not even funny" Andre says in admiration  "Injection Shot." Dzzy hops onto the top of her jellyfish side spirit as they  float over to its uninjured hind leg, the jellyfish with one of its syringes injected into it "Nice going, Jojo."  Andre Looks on in anticipation. "I'm guessing it's a delayed effect, huh?" Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner," Leon says, nodding his head, emphasizing his correct answer. Andre gives the teacher a blank look at his attempt at humor "...." "Was it that bad? Come on, don't go all silent on me, man, but yeah, Dzzy's Spirit Side JoJo has tons of medical applications via the syringes on two of her tentacles, a lot of the abilities can be given by a Side Spirits can be exactly what you think or very abstract." Leon further explains  "I see," Andre says, taking in the audio and visual lessons he is receiving. The giant beast struggles to stand anymore as one hind leg is severely injured, and the other is numb. The beast collapses under their weight; the beast falls, seemingly unable to move; the three Spirit Hunters drop down in front of it; the beast roars angrily but seems unable to do anything "From the type of attacks you use, it's clear you were angry about your death. I can see it was most likely a car accident, I suppose?" Nia says, looking at all the glass it's been shooting out of the beast's face. The beast's mood seems to improve slightly though it still appeared quite apprehensive."Good job, Detective," Cody says, giving two thumbs-ups "Yeah Yeah, Go Detective Williams," Dizzy says, giving her back pats. Nia sighed "Please don't oversell it; it was just an educated guess, nothing to get praised about." "Can you help someone find peace with just one talk?" Andre says a bit doubtful of this method looking beside himself to Leon.  "Heh, looks like we got another sharp one around, but I can't say I don't get your concerns; you'd be surprised how much finding out someone relates to can help you move on." Leon says plainly "Yeah.....that seems somewhat reasonable," Andre says, figuring to pay attention and watch The Beast growls and snarls loudly at the three hunters "So, did you lose someone close to you in the crash?" Cody says, wanting to do some probing himself. The Beast snarls at his question, indicating that Cody was wrong in his assessment "Bzzzt," Dzzy says, imitating the sound of the wrong answer on a game show. "Oh, come on. I didn't even know I was going to be a contestant today," Cody says, getting caught up in his wrong answer. Dzzy turns to the beast, asking herself "Are you scared of moving on by yourself? That sadness could easily turn into anger if left to decay." The Beast once again snarls, but then it begins to choke as something appears to rapidly come up through its giant throat as a wave of shards come flying. Cody yells, "TAKE COVER!" he turns Dex into a giant shield that protects the three from getting sliced to bits "Good thinking, Cody," Dzzy says, sighing behind the shield  "I concur great reflexes as usual," Nia says impressed by him saving them from the beasts attack. "Oh, go ahead and praise me more so." Cody says, shifting his eyes over to Andre and Mr.Davis in the distance through some of the holes the glass made  "Don't worry about Andre; he's with Mr.Davis; he's not in any real danger," Nia says with a reassuring smile Andre tries to run out of the way in front of an incoming wave of glass but is stopped by a hand on his shoulder* "Huh!?" "Don't worry, you'll be fine where you are." Leon says as the glass makes contact with him but has no impact or damage. Andre notices he's also unaffected by the flying glass* "How the?" his would-be question was interrupted upon seeing a Sloth hanging on Leon's shoulder; it had an hourglass embedded in its chest.  "So what's it named?" Andre says, getting that it was his spirit side that protected them. "Ava, with the embedded hourglass, I can slow things down. That's how the glass had no real impact, pretty cool right?" Leon says with a slick smile. The beast blast of glass eventually stops as it can no longer spit any out, but its wounds seem to be healing, and the numbing agent seems to be wearing off. "We can't risk another attack springing up like that; we might have to use a forceful exorcism," Nia says, looking gravely at the other, too Dzzy/Cody Nod agreeing with the idea as unfortunate as it is.  "Looks like they're going for a forced exorcism. Leon says, letting out a disappointed sigh "A forced exorcism, what is that exactly?" Andre asks "When the concern for regular spirits is too high, we will put the Lost One down without figuring out the root cause for their transformation...it makes our job more accessible, but it essentially removes the chance for a new life," Leon explains while taking a puff. "So into nonexistence," Andre says, feeling sorry for the monster. The Beast swipes its now healed paw, hoping to hit Nia with its full force. "I don't think so!! *she intercepts the attack by throwing multiple needles that explode with the swinging paw "Cody, Dzzy, you know what to do."  Cody nods and runs to the left of the beast with Dex on his shoulder before grabbing him and, turning him into a scythe, and striking the beast directly into its back. The Beast roars in pain and struggles to keep its balance rapidly and, swinging its own body, throws the scythe out of itself leaving the huge gash. Dzzy follows up the attack by making her jellyfish stretch out, its syringe holding tentcales stab the creature right into its side "Dual injection!" The Beast screams out loudly from the stream of pain in its side as it hits the ground and struggles to breathe from all the damage it's been inflicted upon him.  Nia scales a building quickly. Amythest follows behind, dropping needles on the beast, causing a barrage of huge impacts. The Beast was bleeding heavily and now entirely on its stomach, unable to stand anymore as it breathed heavily; the beast's lips pursued its jaw and spoke..."Brother.."  Andre walks over to the back of Cody's van and pulls out an old bat before walking toward the beast, seemingly based on instinct his eyes completely focusing once hearing the beast cry.  Cody looks over to see the approaching Andre "Andre, what are you doing? Stand back man You haven't-" "Hold off, Cody, let him through. Trust him on this one," Leon says with a smirk seeing him approach.The beast snarls at the approaching young man, though it's unable to move very much in its condition  "Your Brother....he will be ok im someone who lost my brother too....Im living proof that us little brothers will make it around ok," Andre says to the beast with melancholic eyes "So you can rest now." The Beast's eyes widen before tears fall from its giant eyes before the beast's body shrinks and its speech is much more clear and much more human. "Thank you... I'm ready now," The spirit says with a tearful face and a sweet smile.  Andre Nods, and I respond and hold his hand "To me, Ilya." A  blue butterfly with razorblade wings appears and attaches itself onto the baseball bat Andre held "I hope you have a great next life." before he exorcising him by simply cutting him down the black and red icker that makes up its body begins dissipate as the green spirit within begin to fade away from the Spirit Side to be reborn as another person with the butterfly wing Leon smiles from the backlines as the rest of the Spirit Hunters "He's a natural."  Leon says, throwing his cigarette to the side.
