The might of Mechateuthis!

Mechateuthis itself is a shout-out to umpteen old anime and manga and sundry comics and whatnot… but most especially for me a shout-out to Battle of the Planets, where it seemed like, in the vast majority of episodes, G-Force was going up against a giant robot shaped like some sort of animal.
(I confess, I giggle every time I look at this page…)

Old, Sci-Fi feels!:) First time viewing this one, but I have a strong notion that a mad scientist is manning that epic, squid-bot...hmm.
