"Why don't I have permission? King and I made a pact! He already gave me his consent to teleport!" The elf asked

"How can you have the consent of someone who is unconscious?" Nameless teased and Kairos realised what happened

"Oh, I get it now! It seems like Lake and Nicolai did a good job"

                                                                                       Earlier

"I'm going to find Bailey now! I trust King, okay?" Kairos said

"Yes alpha" Nicolai replied, tilting his head in confusion when Kairos placed his fingers on his lips, urging him to not make a sound

Kairos gave him a piece of paper before heading out.

Nicolai and Lake curiously peeked at the paper, reading the content

I've been informed by Bailey that King was responsible for what happened. He may be my friend but I trust my mate the most. I want you and Lake to make him unconscious and inject him with something to keep him asleep. Do it as soon as you hear Bailey's voice, he'll guide you. I do not trust King at all but don't let him get suspicious. I'll try to make him think that I don't suspect him and you should do it too. Play along with whatever he says and don't trust his words. Lake and Nicolai, I trust you both with my life, I'm counting on you'

After reading the content, Nicolai tore the paper and Lake watched in disgust as Nicolai transformed into his wolf, swallowed the paper before re- transforming into his human form

"What is wrong with you?" Lake asked in confusion and Nicolai pouted

"What!? Dogs swallow things all the time! Also, don't you read books or watch movies!? What if he finds the note? You should thank me for being intelligent" Nicolai complained and Lake chuckled softly, ruffling his hair in adoration

"Okay, such a good boy aren't you?" Lake cooed Nicolai grinned happily

"I am, I am!" He exclaimed. Lake could not help but laugh at his antics.

It's been almost two months ever since Nicolai had joined the pack and two weeks ago, Lake finally accepted to date him!

"Want pets?" Lake asked

How could Nicolai refuse such an exciting proposal!??

"Yes! Want pets!" He replied eagerly and Lake laughed, cupping his cheeks before pecking his nose

"Such a cute warrior aren't, you?" Lake cooed before quickly taking a step back when he heard footsteps

"What did I do to deserve this? If the alpha doesn't trust me, what's the point of staying?" Nicolai whispered to himself and as soon as King walked away, Nicolai rolled his eyes

"Tsk, drama King" Nicolai mumbled to himself, going out

"Now's the time!" a voice said in his head and Nicolai jumped, his heart racing quickly

Damn, that scared me!

He thought, running to catch up to King, only to freeze when he saw the alpha unconscious on the ground with a wooden bat in Lake's possession.

"Uh...I can explain?" Lake said hesitantly and Nicolai couldn't resist but laugh

"Baby, you're amazing!" Nicolai exclaimed, clutching his stomach  at how hard he was laughing

"Thanks, I try! Now, let's hide the body before anyone comes!" Lake ushered quickly. Suddenly, they heard a loud thud, like a metal being dropped and Lake's eyes widened when he saw a frozen pack warrior behind Nicolai. He had dropped his sword in shock, staring at them with wide eyes.

"I'm sorry but you're next!" Lake apologised, about to swing his hand at the poor warrior with the bat and Nicolai's eyes widened.

He quickly caught Lake's shirt and pulled him to his chest

"Woah there baby, calm down" Nicolas said as the warrior was still looking at them in horror

"I-I won't snitch!" He exclaimed, raising his hand in the air as a sign of peace and Nicolai had to hold Lake tight as the man tried to step forward again with the bat raised high

"You better not! You're gonna be an accomplice now. Put him in the room if you want to live!" Nicolai ordered and the boy nodded

"As you wish sir! I hate that man" He replied, eagerly taking King's foot, dragging him to the nearest room

"Tsk, he's useless even as a sweeper" The warrior complained before entering the room making Lake and Nicolai chuckle

"He looks like he just won the jackpot" Lake joked to himself and Nicolai smiled, pecking Lake's cheeks

"Cute" 

"Man, I wish he bled when I hit him" Lake mumbled in disappointment and Nicolai sighed

"Psycho"

"Oh, this is why you asked me to inform them about discretely making King unconscious instead of confronting him !" Kairos exclaimed in realisation and Nameless nodded

"Yes" He replied before looking at the elf who sighed

"I have no choice" the elf said before closing his eyes.

Nameless felt that something was off and he froze when he could feel a strange and familiar aura

Kairos' eyes hurt as a blinding light appeared and when he opened his eyes which he had closed on reflex, he saw a pretty woman with long blonde hair wearing a beautiful white dress with a flower crown on her head

"Lowe... I've come to take you back" The woman said with a gentle and excited smile

Tears suddenly filled Bailey's eyes and Kairos was shocked because it was Nameless crying and not Bailey

"Princess" Nameless whispered and the woman closed her eyes, chanting something.

Moments later, Kairos saw Nameless in his wolf form with Bailey next to him.

"Bailey!" Kairos exclaimed.

However, as soon as Kairos touched Bailey, his hand went through him, as if he wasn't even here

"Lowe, I found a way to permanently separate you from the human" She exclaimed happily and Nameless tilted his head

"You found a way to separate me...from Bailey?" He asked softly and she nodded

"Yes! You can come back and live with us again" She exclaimed in joy

"That's awesome, Nameless!" Bailey said in joy and Nameless shook his head

"Bailey... You only exist because of me. You died when you were 10, remember?" Nameless explained and Bailey froze

"I'll make an exception for him. I'll allow his soul to join us, in our land" She replied and Bailey bit his lips

"You should do it, Nameless" Bailey whispered, looking at Kairos in pain

"No, you can't do that to me! Why are you leaving me?" Kairos asked groggily, his heart racing quickly and tears filled Bailey s eyes

"He gave me everything I wanted for, Kairos. He gave me happiness I never expected to receive in this life and now, I can't do that to him. He clearly misses his old life.... I can't be in his way to obtain happiness" Bailey whimpered and Kairos nodded

"....I understand, Bailey, I understand but, I'm coming with you" Kairos promised

"He cannot, he is not allowed to" The woman replied coldly, the warmth from earlier now gone. Bailey was now hesitating, he did not want to leave Kairos alone, neither did he want for Nameless to miss his chance back home

"Nameless, my wish is....my wish is for you to decide. I cannot chose between Kairos and you, I can't. So, I leave the desicion to you" Bailey replied in the end and Kairos knew how hard it was for Bailey. He knew that Bailey was grateful to Nameless and if he wished for Nameless to accept the separation, Nameless would have complied. Kairos was just glad that even if Bailey did dissappear, it was not because kairos' love was not enough. Bailey did not choose to abandon him in the end; the decision is left to Nameless

"How... How can you separate me from him?" Nameless asked and Kairos felt his heart clench in pain. 

He still had a tiny hope that Nameless would choose to stay on Earth. Although he knew that Nameless did not love him like other wolves loved their mate, he was sad that the time they spent together was not enough for Nameless to reconsider his decision.

"I found a book about a ritual that only certain elves can do. He is one of the 3 elves alive. He can perform the ritual. If you do not, after Bailey's soul dissapear for reincarnation, you will merge with him and always reincarnate as an animal....you will never get the chance to return home...ever again" She whispered sadly and Nameless nodded, slowly walking towards the elf.

As soon as Nameless stood in front of him, everyone watched in horror as Nameless jumped on the elf, pushing him down while the latter let out a piercing and pained cry

The wolf in question sank his canine into the neck of the elf, moving his head from side to side to tear him open. Nameless grinned evilly and licked his canines filled with blood, his paws on the remains of the elf

"There....one out of my way" Nameless said darkly, looking at the shocked woman in hatred

"You told me that it was my fault... you once blamed me for taking my promise to heart and doing bad things. You told me that I was at fault because I should have known what promise to keep and what promise to not keep! I promised Bailey to always fulfil his wish and I have promised to always make him happy. I promised Kairos to always keep Bailey safe, so I choose to fulfil it by killing the entity who has the power to hurt him." Nameless whispered darkly, his emotions goinf out of control with how much he hated this woman

How dared she even think he would be happy if he snatches his little flower's happiness? How dared she think the past is forgotten just because it has been 1000 years?

As he kept thinking about it, his eyes turned red and the black foam around his body started becoming denser

"I hate you so much, Nailie, I hate you to the core. I feel nothing but hatred for you. I will never leave my baby flower for you! No one can separate him from me, no one! Don't play the good girl when you were the one who cursed me! I am like this because of you! I spent 1000 years alone because of you! You disgust me so much! Bailey is my everything and you're nothing to me! If you try to separate us again, I promise you, I will kill you, I will murder you brutally, not caring that you raised me ever since I was a pup. Bailey has given me so much love and affection that everything you did for me is useless. I am happy with my human who loves me to the core. He was ready to sacrifice himself for me but what did you do? You were a cowards, Nailie, a coward who made me a demon. Get the fuck out, get away from me and never show your face again" Nameless roared, panting heavily and Kairos was shocked at the sudden outburst of the wolf

Tears filled the woman's eyes and she nodded

"I'm sorry, Lowe. I understand" She whispered and Nameless looked away in disgust.

This is all she does, cry like a victim.

So disgusting!

"Keep your pity to yourself, I don't need it. You just want to feel good about yourself but remember that, never in my life will I forgive you. I will always hate you" Nameless said coldly and she sobbed, knowing that she deserved it

"I will remember it for eternity. The only thing I can do for you is bind your soul. Whenever you reincarnate, no matter how many times, Bailey and Kairos will always end up together. As for you, you will always accompany them as a companion, in any form. You will have the same lifespan as them, this is my gift to you" she replied before disappearing forvever along with the body of the elf.

Nameless turned to the two humans, the expression in his face softening

"My beautiful human, my most precious baby, don't you dare do that again! How can you think that I'll ever be happy knowing that I took your happiness from you? You are my everything, sweet little flower. I am the happiest when you smile! Whenever I hear your giggles, my heart melts and I feel like listening to that sound forever. When I see you and Kairos together, I feel like a proud dad whose kid is happy! I will never take any decision that will harm you" Nameless explained softly and Bailey started crying

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't want to die either, I'm not that selfless I'm sorry, I was really scared" Bailey whimpered and Nameless started rubbing his nose on Bailey's chest.

Even if Bailey was a soul, Nameless could touch him since he was a demon wolf; only because he was temporarily separated from Bailey's body.

"You're really a good mate, Alpha Kairos. Please don't be angry at my Bailey, I'll have to request you to please forgive him." Nameless asked softly and Kairos shook his head, wanting to hold his sweet baby in his arm but he couldn't since Bailey was current a soul

"I am not angry at all, baby. I am happy that you left the choice to Nameless instead. I know you could have wished for Nameless to accept the offer but you gave him the chance instead of taking a decision yourself. I will never be able to hate you. Don't cry, okay?" Kairos appeased softly and Bailey felt even more heart broken at Kairos' love

"Bailey, it's okay, I promise. Look, Nameless is disappearing! He's probably returning back since the lady said she temporarily separated you. Come on, go and hug him? You won't get this chance again!" Kairos exclaimed and Bailey kneeled down, hugging Nameless tight

The wolf purred loudly when Bailey stroke his fur and Bailey laughed when Nameless licked his cheeks

"I love you so much, forever" Nameless whispered and Bailey pecked his forehead

"I love you too, Nameless, forever" Bailey replied back and as soon as Nameless disappeared, Bailey's transparent body turned back to normal. He could also see a happy Nameless in his mind.

"You okay now, Nameless?" Bailey asked

"Yes, I feel so much better. I don't want revenge anymore. I'm so happy with you two. I want to forget the past and move on. With her blessing, we will be together forever" Nameless exclaimed happily and Kairos could feel himself get excited at Nameless' confession. He had thought that Nameless did not take him into consideration but it was not the case!

"I am also very happy of the gift. Also, I won't forgive you if you decide to me" Kairos Complained and Bailey laughed, giving his alpha a kiss

"I promise, I'll never leave you" Bailey replied and Kairos laughed

"Alright, you'll have to spoil me a lot for scaring me at first" Kairos teased and Bailey smirked

"Hmm, don't worry, I know what I have to do" Bailey whispered and Kairos narrowed his eyes.

"They say that the way through a man's heart is his stomach" Bailey continued and Kairos sulked

"Oh, you mean cooking" Kairos replied in defeat and Bailey laughed

"Yes, silly"
