The robots are too strong!

I’m willing to bet that these robots were influenced in large part by Cyborg 009 — as I recall, in volume 1 of that manga, there were robots that looked very reminiscent of gray men in armor. However, my bots here are not pure Ishinomori: in them I can also see bits gathered from a whole misty childhood of robot baddies…

The bots kind of remind me of Dr. Ivo Robotnik's Swat bots in Sonic the Hedgehog comics/cartoon.
